Good for a one nights stay, walking distance to Hunter valley gardens.
The room was large, good shower, bed was very soft for my liking. Good price. Would stay again.
Had lunch and drinks up the road at eRemo it was amazing would highly recommend. Had dinner at Harrigan’s and that was also it was very satisfying.

The reception was friendly and fast, the pool was lovely on a 38 degree day and all the gardens are well kept.
Rooms were spacious with tea and coffee making and a good size fridge but would have liked a toaster and bowls/plates to save eating out every meal. Parking right at your door is great too which had the car undercover and cool.
Centrally located for Pokolbin attractions.

We did not receive a free breakfast.
Even though we booked for 5 guests and had a confirmation for 5 guests we were charged an extra $25 for the fifth guest. But the sofa bed did not get made up and only 4 towels were supplied.

The staff i came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient, room was clean and bed was comfy.

Definitely not 4 star, I’d give it a 3 star at best. Rooms are a motel style set up, furniture outdated and damaged, alarm clock Broken. Booked the Deluxe room, nothing like the pictures, lamps were old and stained, fridge leaking water. No cutlery, no plates, no microwave, just a kettle. Air con in main room only, not in the bedroom. Bathroom was great, nice big spa, no issues here. Bed was nice and soft, very comfortable.
