We booked a room for 5 persons and the room was prepared for 4 people. When asked, we were told that it is possible to make the sofabed and bring a towel, but only against additional costs. The room was dates and poorly cleaned and had a half eaten cherry and similar items on the floor

Room was comfortable and clean. Easy parking and very convenient location to the gardens

Was very clean and quite it was very nice for a quick rest.

Towels were dirty, and room was out dated

Rooms are spotless only problem was the shower was terrible.

Clean room, lovely balcony, staff were all fantastic. Great range of food and drinks. Swimming pool was great. Parking was easy. Short drive to the gardens. Taxis available

Good for a one nights stay, walking distance to Hunter valley gardens. The room was large, good shower, bed was very soft for my liking. Good price. Would stay again. Had lunch and drinks up the road at eRemo it was amazing would highly recommend. Had dinner at Harrigan’s and that was also it was very satisfying.

The reception was friendly and fast, the pool was lovely on a 38 degree day and all the gardens are well kept. Rooms were spacious with tea and coffee making and a good size fridge but would have liked a toaster and bowls/plates to save eating out every meal. Parking right at your door is great too which had the car undercover and cool. Centrally located for Pokolbin attractions.

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in

Loved the location, great ammenities, kids loved the pool. Everywhere appeared clean except the spa bath seem to have pink bacteria in the jets

Rates were very reasonable. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly, food was top quality and service in bistro was quick and well organised. Will stay here again, thanks

Good large rooms with beautiful gardens, clean but a little bit dated still it served its purpose and close walking distance to hunter valley gardens, the food at harrigans bistro was very nice

New carpet. Negative Air conditioner not working Leaking shower recessing Only two vine glass. Otherwise it was very pleasant stay.

Clean room, parking right outside. Staff excellent and even got early check in. Food okay, breakfast $25 and greasy. Chicken schnitzel dry and seemed precooked. Garlic cheesy pizza excellent.
