The good? Room was clean, quiet, and had recently been renovated with new paint, carpet, bathroom. Staff contact via mbl was friendly and immediate. Not so good? Toilet roll holder missing and toilet seat lid fell off! I'm surprised this hadn't been noticed by the service staff. Also, the bunk beds belonged at the tip, and Air-con had seen better days (loud whirring) Given the prices they charge, it's not great value, hence the critical review.

It seems that the room has been neglected…no hooks or racks for the towels….this is just a little thing but after having a shower and no rack for the towels to hang not good…overall I will say the room needs TLC

Great service from Eve. First room had very poor wifi. She moved me to another room and the wifi was better so I could complete my work. Hopefully the NBN coming to town will improve all rooms to meet customer expectations.

Rooms appeared to be recently renovated however there wasn't any towel racks in bathroom. No room cleaning over 3 nights. Had to request replacement towels. There was a door leading out to garden area but locked so no access
