Sloppy paint job

Didnt get there, because of mother nature, the road was closed, rang to tell them, was told no refund. So wasnt to happy, as it wasnt our fault we couldnt get there.

Saw cleaning staff - very friendly and happy to give some tea bags and coffee sachets, as there was none in the room on arrival. Could not connect to the wifi the whole time we were there, cleaning staff advised it is in a poor signal area. Really lovely renovated bathroom, but only one single hook in the whole room for towels (no towel rails) or clothes and no soap dish, shelf or anything/anywhere to put soap, shampoo etc when in the shower itself. Room inside was clean, outside patio table and chairs covered in cobwebs and bushes overgrown and garden beds uncared for.

Was ok but paint spills on windows mirrors Carpet and Curtains gave the impression maint is being conducted by under Qualified people .

Rooms could have been cleaner

The good? Room was clean, quiet, and had recently been renovated with new paint, carpet, bathroom. Staff contact via mbl was friendly and immediate. Not so good? Toilet roll holder missing and toilet seat lid fell off! I'm surprised this hadn't been noticed by the service staff. Also, the bunk beds belonged at the tip, and Air-con had seen better days (loud whirring) Given the prices they charge, it's not great value, hence the critical review.

Nice property, didn't like that reception wasn't available. However the cleaning staff were very helpful.

Our room was spacious and clean, the staff (Eve) was very helpful and we thank her for looking after us.

No towel rails lots of mozzies inside room one dinner plate

It seems that the room has been neglected…no hooks or racks for the towels….this is just a little thing but after having a shower and no rack for the towels to hang not good…overall I will say the room needs TLC

Great service from Eve. First room had very poor wifi. She moved me to another room and the wifi was better so I could complete my work. Hopefully the NBN coming to town will improve all rooms to meet customer expectations.

Needs exhaust fan in bathroom and hooks or rails for towels , bed was a little too firm, kettle could have been put on a tray on top of fridge for convenience.

Very nice place to stay but if I had to pick one thing that would be no where to hang our towels after a shower

Had to go to motel next door to check in no where in Bathroom area to hang towels

Had recently been renovated, so was in excellent condition, however, missing towel rail in bathroom to hang towel

Tree scrapping noises and animals on the roof all night. Overall site is neglected
