The hotel location is in the middle of everything, which makes the price well worth it. The room is comfy, and the staff are friendly. Definitely will stay there again next time I visit Perth!

I had such a lovely stay at Pan Pacific. From the moment I arrived, the staff were great! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable – I especially loved the little touches. Super great location if you are planning to stay in Perth CBD, as it is just 2 minutes' walk to the Murray Street Mall that has many shops, cafes, restaurants, and also hosts Perth Underground (Train Station). Overall, my 5-night stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly (just like any of the local Perth residents). The room, however, is a bit small for a two-person stay, but my wife and I made do with it as we spent most of our time outside of the hotel. Will definitely come back.

While renovated some years back, the hotel felt as if it was renovated just 2 years back. Very comfortable stay and clean! Highly recommend and there are a stretch of bars and restaurants just opposite and CPP parking within 2min walk away. Shopping streets are within 8min walk too.

The location was perfect and easily accessible to services. The room was comfortable, and the hotel staff and service were superb!

Warm welcome from the lovely lady at the reception—rooms were spacious and clean. Will be back.
