Late arrival and staff very welcoming. Had breakfast every day which was excellent. Had dinner in Bar 2 nights. Service was quick and well priced and enjoyable. Staff all over venue were excellent and very friendly. Would recommend this venue.

Room was spacious, toiletries fantastic and location is near to the busy areas but not in the middle of it...which is nice to me

Staff were ALL outstanding in customer service, but sadly, the following were not great: -
1) the phone was not connected, so had to call to get this sorted. Turned out the phone was not plugged in behind the bed.
2) the electricals around the desk (to plug in kettle and lamp) were not working so had to call to get this sorted -turned out the main plug behind desk was not plugged in.
3) Netflix was un-hearable, so called service, yet they were only aloud to put it up another 10 notches, yet it was still very quiet. This only was with Netflix yet was fine on u-tube!
4) there was no body wash in container in shower to have a proper shower

Had an awesome weekend at the hotel. Had a king room it was very clean and well maintained. All staff were very welcoming with a smile on their faces to check you in. Check in was very easy and the valet parking available.
Highly recommend this place and the one staff member who needs to be recognised for a wonderful check in and check out is Lucian Tiliai made everything so easy and if had any questions he was very happy to answer all the questions I had. He made sure that my mum and I had a wonderful stay.

We love staying here as it is very close to the venue where we attend a lot of events. It is Handy to the freeways both North and South and easy walking distance to shops and the city centre. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

Terrible communication at check in regarding access to the room. Room dated, heavy wooden furniture did zero to lighten the aspect and, gym directly above room resulting in the
pitter patter of 20kg weights bring dropped on the ground late into the night and early in the morning. Avoid floor 6 at all costs! Mattress was as hard as the weights in the gym for me anyway.

I have done a lot of travel this last 6 weeks and this would be the best hotel I have stayed at, considering we only stayed there as we were going to see Bryan Adams I think they did an amazing job and was sooooo clean good job

My room flooring as you enter it slow down and it seems as if we had to walk up and down to go outside. I don’t think it was design like that. Maybe it was supposed to have had a balcony. And the shower tile was coming up in the corner in a shower.

Our visit was on the night of the Bryan Adams concert fiasco. The staff coped well and were very accommodating
I was surprised the restaurant was not open on such a busy night to guests of the hotel as it was difficult to access the bar area
The rest of our visit was great and I would book again for an event at the Arena

The staff are amazing wonderful caring people. The bed was a bit too firm and I found when my husband rolled over the bed rattled me. The tv was not good it was very patchy.
