Four Points by Sheraton Perth

👍 convenient location, walkable to restaurants and shops 👎 Layout of room not user friendly housekeeping not thorough Room not sound proof, disturbed by neighbour with many visitors who talked and laughed very loudly. Their visitors knocked on door and rang doorbell many times (some even knocked on our door).

Convenient for the trains and taxis, both to north & south

Reasonably located hotel accessible to RAC arena and city shops and restaurants. A small fitness gym but no swimming pool. Quite noisy at night due to traffic. Friendly staff and reasonably good buffet breakfast.

Location was great for whst we needed. Walking distance to events and night-life. Rooms were clean. I did look for a blanket but coukd not locate one in room. The breakfast although suitable coukd do with a wider variety abd extra coffee machine as the one there was not working properly and a line to wait. Will stay here again. Welcome drink was a nice touch.

Great hotel in a great location. The room felt like it had recently been renovated which was a vast improvement from the last time I stayed there. My only complaint would be that the parking in the nearby carpark was expensive & the hotel doesn’t offer parking validation anymore. It cost me $40 for overnight self parking.

Great value for a 4 night family stay in Perth. Hotel staff very helpful, Buffet breakfast is cheap and serves its purpose. Bar food was good. Hotel close to everything in the city. Walkable

Sound proofing in the rooms could be better. We were woken in the early hours by other guests returning to their rooms. We could also hear the room next doors television. Other than that, it was good.

Comfortable bed and pillows but room was quite noisy and we could not find the source of the noise. Wonderful breakfast. Good location for entertainment precinct

Loved that we got a free upgrade to a family suite. Beds were comfortable and dinner/breakfast options were great.

The concierge on arrival was very warm and welcoming, which made us feel instantly at ease. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room was spotless, and breakfast was excellent—all of the food was fresh and delicious. We're truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality.

Conveniently located for events at the RAC Arena. Staff are always kind and welcoming. Booking was made online for a room with 2 beds for a family of 4, when we arrived the room only had 1 king bed. Reception staff tried to relocate however due to high occupancy they had to bring a single trundle bed into the room for my husband while myself and 2 kids shared the king. They were quick to resolve the issue but obviously it made things very tight for our overnight stay. They did comp us 2 free drinks but the revenue wasn't open late the day we stayed so we weren't able to use the vouchers. Breakfast was very busy. Staff were overwhelmed with guest numbers and cleaning off tables. Several items (mushrooms, bacon, pancakes and juice took long periods of time to be filled again. One coffee machine on a very busy morning isn't ideal either. We will continue to book and stay when there are events at the RAC Arena.

Overall out stay was "fine" but I won't be booking the Four Points in Perth ever again. I'm not one to complain but there were a number of factors that really impacted our experience: (1) I was signed up to Marriott Bonvoy rewards after specifically declining when asked during check-in. Besides the data privacy concerns, the spam in my inbox was daily and not appreciated. It was such a pain to close my account I eventually went down to reception and made it their problem (2) Breakfast was "OK" but there was a sever lack of cleanliness and care for hygiene. We had breakfast 6 times and each time found that surfaces and shakers were greasy, already used utensils were put back with clean ones and the seemed to be a lack of care from the staff to help out when asked. The food also left a lot to be desired, we often didn't finish our meals and left food on our plates which is very unlike me! (3) Housekeeping was a joke. Our used cups and mugs weren't removed when requesting the room to be cleaned, and instead were grouped under the TV. There was a stage that we had 4/5 there after requesting a room refresh (4) The whole hotel needs a review, especially if they're "4 stars". The carpets in the hallways are dusty and stained, the curtains in the rooms are just as bad. The hotel is pretty run down overall. For the price we paid including breakfast, I was very disappointed and hope that anyone reading this carefully researches other reviews before deciding to book

the customer and room service was very good. The place was clean and tidy. I would book this place again the next time i visit Perth.
