Our stay was mostly fantastic. Breakfast was lovely as usual and our room was clean and pleasant.
Our only issue for the stay was on the Saturday night we (3 of) ordered cocktails at the bar. There was no one else waiting for drinks aside from us and it took 25mins to get the 3 cocktails to us, which we understand they do take a little longer but we did think that 25mins was quite a long time to wait. The food we had was delicious but!
Other than that we were very satisfied with our stay! Thank you

The only negative was tea making facilities. There eas a kettle but no milk or tea that I could see.

Late arrival and staff very welcoming. Had breakfast every day which was excellent. Had dinner in Bar 2 nights. Service was quick and well priced and enjoyable. Staff all over venue were excellent and very friendly. Would recommend this venue.

No coffee/snacks availability after breakfast facility closes at 10.00AM until bar/restaurant opens after 4.00M - I don't want to be imprisoned in my room to get room service. No laundry facilities available two days running (Sunday and public holiday).
I expect better from the Sheraton name.

We stayed for 2 nights, found all staff to be helpful, friendly and a good selection at the Buffet breakfast.

We were for the first time in Perth and in this hotel. Hotel was clean and rooms were clean. Linens were changed everyday. Noise from the other rooms was clearly heart, so minus for that. Breakfast was quite standard, minus for coffeemaschine which gave very lowstandard coffee. Reseption personnel were very polite and helpfull.

Staff were ALL outstanding in customer service, but sadly, the following were not great: -
1) the phone was not connected, so had to call to get this sorted. Turned out the phone was not plugged in behind the bed.
2) the electricals around the desk (to plug in kettle and lamp) were not working so had to call to get this sorted -turned out the main plug behind desk was not plugged in.
3) Netflix was un-hearable, so called service, yet they were only aloud to put it up another 10 notches, yet it was still very quiet. This only was with Netflix yet was fine on u-tube!
4) there was no body wash in container in shower to have a proper shower

Had an awesome weekend at the hotel. Had a king room it was very clean and well maintained. All staff were very welcoming with a smile on their faces to check you in. Check in was very easy and the valet parking available.
Highly recommend this place and the one staff member who needs to be recognised for a wonderful check in and check out is Lucian Tiliai made everything so easy and if had any questions he was very happy to answer all the questions I had. He made sure that my mum and I had a wonderful stay.

We love staying here as it is very close to the venue where we attend a lot of events. It is Handy to the freeways both North and South and easy walking distance to shops and the city centre. Staff are very friendly and attentive.
