A very chic little property at a reasonable price
The heated pool was a hit and being able to get tapas and drinks delivered was great
Walking distance to the emporium and great view of Parliament House
Trams right out the front

The staff were terrific, they recognised we needed to get to our room quickly as we had an important event to get to. They arranged for flowers to be delivered to the room and also some wine!

A relaxing 2 night stay for our anniversary. Breakfast spread was good, staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs. Pool area is great, the free scoops of gelato were very much appreciated, so was the free bottle of Rose :) Only criticism is that the bath towels could have been larger.

Great location, service was exceptional.
We've stayed at many hotels and this is the 1st time we've been offered a free bottle of wine an ice-cream voucher and 1PM check out.
A small gesture goes a long way.

New Years was dampened by rooms not being ready we did not get in till 4.30pm most guests were waiting around. They, however offered drinks and ice cream for the kids as a softener We choose this place for the pool,and the proximity for the kids to watch the fireworks. We were disappointed they could not use it as they closed the terrace for a NYE private function. The check in staff were lovely and they did do their best to accomodate everyone I dont think they had enough staff on. The cost of the property did not reflect the stay that is for sure
