場所はいい、清潔。アメニティが少し不満だけどまぁ便利でした。

おしゃれなホテルです。ベッドの寝心地もとても良かったです。 設備は新しく、シャワーも快適。 USB type C充電や、ポータブルスピーカーもベッドサイドにあり。 朝ごはんもおいしいし😋 ただ、部屋のエアコンの送風音が騒々しい。 風量を1番弱くしても、ザワザワ音がしています。 まあ、疲れていたので、朝までぐっすり寝ましたけどね。

When it was time to check in, our room was not ready and we had to wait in a separate room for 2.5 hours. We received an apology for the late check-out and a cake, but we are exhausted because we are heading to the hotel after a 10 hour flight, so we would like the room to at least be ready. Also, the private restroom near the front desk is filthy and should be checked regularly.

The floor in the room was dusty, and the surface of a mirror in the room was smeared with fingerprints. Other than the above, totally satisfied.

Personally, It's more convenient if there are sanitary bag and hair brush.

Our room was very nice and clean, the bathroom in particular was great with big bath and shower (both overhead and hose shower head) and the remote privacy blind. The toiletries included in the stay were lovely, nice smelling shampoo etc. Little bonuses like a bottle of sparkling and gelato were nice - and an unexpected late check out was great too!

We had a great stay. Room was very clean, big bathroom. Bottle of wine on arrival and ice-cream. Breakfast was lovely. First room had views of a neighbouring balcony so I requested to be moved with no issues.

Fresh food, good variety. Very tasty.

It felt like no one was in charge through out our stay. From our check-in which was a 1-star experience. Barely acknowledged at check in, didn’t ask our name, just waited silently for our ID, we stayed for 7 nights, and were placed next to the lift, we requested to me moved further away, then was woken up at 5.30 every morning by staff emptying glass into the bins in the alley. No acknowledgment of a 7 day stay, yes we are Bonvoy members, no staff greeting as we entered and left the hotel each day, in fact it is as though most of the staff go out of the way to avoid making eye contact. The cleaners forgot to replace bath mats regularly through our stay and always left the toilet seat up after cleaning which is gross. The saving grace is the fact the rooms are well appointed and modern and clean. In 7 days we spent not $1 at the hotel as they seemed not be in the hospitality business so I assumed it would be so average. No staff managing the driveway so transport has to stop traffic in Bourke St as they allow anyone to clog the driveway. The bed was way too hard for me but others would like it I am sure. The pool area, could be nice, but it was messy and no one was cleaning up. Would not be back.

Nice bed

Had a wonderful stay at Le Meridian when in Melbourne on business. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.
