I was very happy with the friendly greeting on arrival . Clean and tidy . Was a little compact in bathroom but over all it was a pleasure to stay there . Well done MARCO POLO.

The property is a good clean bed for an overnight stay. It is a good location to the train station for concerts etc
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There is not enough parking for all rooms. It was quite noisy from the surrounding rooms.

Absolutely disgusting place. We couldn’t get into our room at 1.30 am. Rooms were filthy, graffiti in cupboards, vomit up the curtains, fridge in one room was full of water with a towel in there. Asked for a refund and was not given one. Would not let my dog spend a night there, that’s how disgusting the place is.

An old building that requires a lot of love and attention.
Ensuite was new but couldn’t open door properly because of position of towel rail.
Bed sagged.
Divan was torn both ends and sagged.
Walls needed a good scrub.
