The location of the hotel is perfect, a short walk into town which has plenty of shops and food.

We loved this place! Our apartment was wonderful..comfortable, clean and the view!!! Staff were all very nice, breakfast was ok…typical and as expected. We stayed an extra day and are so glad we did!

Really enjoyed our stay, room was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean with ocean views - magical.. Only compliants - the very noisy shower screen on opening and closing, maybe the hinge needs replacing, lounge suite very uncomfortable and the whole complex had no water just as we all needed to get ready for a function, but would definitely stay again, loved it.

The room we originally booked had an issue, with the air con we contacted maintenance they came and wasn’t able to fix the issue while in the room . Reception was very helpful and we received an upgrade to another room . All Staff were very helpful and we had an amazing stay.

Nice villa but place is in need of some maintenance. Overlooking other pools that were green and place just not maintained. Breakfast you have to buy a coffee which is a joke that is why we always travel overseas as service and food better. I won’t be sending staff here again.

Overall service staff was great. The resort views, room size, and location were excellent. I would recommend a stay to anyone. Opportunity areas are to mix up breakfast so it is not exactly the same every day (Maybe pancakes, then waffles, then french toast or mix up the fruits available) it is tad underwhelming if staying more than a few days. Include a coffee from the espresso machine as an upgrade (Everywhere else we traveled in Australia included a coffee to order). Include napkins, paper towels or sufficient towels in the rooms. We had to bootleg napkins from breakfast every day. The QR code did not always work forcing us to order in person for take away. These are not deal breakers just minor items. I would stay again any time.

The views from the property were absolutely beautiful, and the facilities overall were really nice. Our villa had a private pool, which was lovely, but the water feature was turned off as some guests had complained about the noise — which I thought was a bit of a shame, as it would’ve added to the relaxing atmosphere.
The maintenance guy, Sam, was amazing! He was friendly, helpful, and always went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. He gave us great tips on places to visit and things to do, and always greeted us with a smile.
On the downside, the villa itself was quite dated and could use a really good clean. There were food marks on the walls, stains on the lounges and curtains, and even a cockroach in our room when we arrived. The windows were also very dirty, though that might be due to being right by the sea.
Overall, it’s a beautiful location with great facilities and standout staff like Sam, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the villas could definitely be improved.
