very spacious and clean, well organized, nice view, nice interior. it is close to market!

Location of the property was good. Apartment was clean with good amenities. Unfortunately, the property requires a lot of upgrades and ongoing maintenance. The pool was missing tiles, grass wasnt mowed, spa didnt work and our balcony gutter was leaking so badly that we couldnt sit on the balcony to enjoy the view that we paid for.

Impressed by the size of the 2 bed apmt we booked. Had all the facilities we needed. Lovely view. The only thing I would say we did not enjoy was the mattresses. They were too soft. Someone should take a look into it, even the children found it too soft. Perhaps leave a vacuum also somewhere in the laundry area as its otherwise difficult to keep it clean with sand from the beach and when housekeeping is non existent!

The apartments are very spacious and fitted out to a high standard. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you don’t have a car then it’s a little far to walk into airlie beach centre especially if there is a chance of rain. My only gripe is that the included breakfast does not include coffee!!! I struggled to get over this, it annoyed me each and every morning.

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you need. Easy check-in, amazing view, laundry facilities, and a great location. The rooms could be cleaned a bit more often, but overall everything was excellent!

The room was an absolute delight – spacious, clean, and with a design that balanced modern luxury with a homely touch. The highlight for me, however, was the balcony that led directly to the hotel’s stunning swimming pool. Imagine waking up and stepping out onto your balcony, the fresh air, the gentle sound of water, and the view of the sparkling pool right in front of you. It was the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy a refreshing dip whenever I wanted. What really set this place apart was the overall ambiance. There was a sense of peace and tranquility that made the hotel feel like a personal retreat. Every detail, from the lush greenery surrounding the pool to the thoughtful amenities in the room, contributed to making my stay unforgettable. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions and dining options, but the hotel itself was so comfortable that I found myself often choosing to stay and enjoy the on-site amenities. I can honestly say I’m looking forward to coming back. It’s rare to find a place that ticks all the boxes – excellent service, a fantastic location, and a serene atmosphere. The 3 bedroom 3bath villa was huge. It was very roomy for our group of 5. We can not say enough enough about the staff. Every single staff person was very very helpful. The staff was a 10+.

View & quality of room was excellent

Firstly the pre-booked transport forgot to pick me up. The local airport closes at 4pm, I had to stressfully arrange another transfer as taxi’s do not do trips to the airport. The room overall was very warn and felt like it needed a good amount of work to bring it back to a 4* standard. Broken shutters, rail fell off and the overall room felt well used with chips and dents in the paintwork. Furniture also was tired and needed a good cleaning. I stayed for 3 nights and was happy when i left. Staff were friendly and the shuttle was great to get to Airlie beach as the walk was 15/20 minutes in humid conditions or rain

5 One of the most expensive hotel we booked in Australia but it is clearly amazing. The unit is large, luxury and well equipped with quality fournitures. Really The included breakfast is very good. The pool is great. The resort offers direct access to one of the Withsunday boardwalks. Ideal for a few days or longer

Loved this place, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location. Scenic and walkable distance to the local town. Close by to near shops. Amazing apartment with incredible views. You really couldn’t ask for more!

We had villa 32 with pool. It was spacious and clean.

Lovely spot for our baby moon. The most amazing views to wake up in a very spacious and comfortable villa. Easy walk to amenities and local shops. Thanks for a great stay and first experience of the Whitsundays.
