The property was convenient to wherever you wanted to go to and the tram stop was right in front of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Customer service was good. Room was clean enough. Carpet deodedizer was strong and made us feel nauseous and itchy.

I didn't like waking up at 3am to be evacuated
This was extremely stressful without any explanation as to why.. We couldn't get back to sleep and my wife wasn't happy. I think a free night accommodation will cheer her up

The apartment was spacious and offered plenty of room to relax, which was a definite plus. The view was quite nice and added to the experience. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. Cleanliness was just average—nothing too bad, but it could have been better. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially with the bed and cleaning standards.

Last minute booking for 2 nights when flights were cancelled. Room was extremely spacious with large bathroom and seperate toilet. A little dated nowadays but would have been top of the range in its heyday. Lovely crisp linen bed sheets with 2 types of pillows to choose from. Room smelt a little musty (as older buildings tend to do) so opened the balcony doors to allow fresh air. Air conditioner quite noisy but able to turn off at night. We would recommend it.
