숙소가 되게 넓어서 좋았어요 근데 주방 쪽 가구 틈에 좁쌀만한 벌레들이 좀 있어서 주방 사용하면서 상당히 거슬렸어요 가구들이 전반적으로 오래된 듯한 느낌.. 그렇지만 직원 분들은 친절하시고 문제가 있을 때 항상 바로 오셔서 도와주셨어요 번화가랑은 좀 떨어져있지만 바다가 바로 앞에 있어서 발코니 풍경도 멋졌습니다

Delightful experience. The service was exceptional.

Room is a bit old, but clean and spacious. Location isn't close to many amenities like supermarkets or restaurants, so there are limited food options. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you want a quiet stay for business or with young family, had a raging party going on above my room in the hotel which made the ceiling shake.

2nd stay here. Price was good but charged $20 per night for car parking which is a bit rude when there is no street options where this is located. Also, on 2 out of 3nights there were no spots left when returning from dinner.had to ask staff to sort, they moved their own cars for us. The building has owners units and apparently they let friends in. We also had problems with the shower tap that made a huge noise unless you turned it to full which was like a firehose on you. maintenance man came up but couldn't fix, said he'd see reception about a room change, heard nothing from reception at all. Sorry won't be back.

Nice hotel, be careful because if you want to park on site you need to book it at an extra $20 per day. I had to park a block away and move my car every 3 hours because the carpark was fully booked!

Although there was dining it was at a separate hotel and could not be booked back to the room. There was no gym facility either. The other real bugbear was that there was no room service and when queried I was told that I had not requested it and it would cost extra.

Fantastic location, easy access to transport, walking to shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent package with the flight. I would rate the hotel 4.5 out of 5 just for a few little things the hotel could improve to make it flawless. First, two of us with only 2 towels for 4 days is not enough: they don't dry as quickly especially if one has couple of quick shower per day. An extra pair of towel would be great. Second, only 2 sachets of decaf coffee. It would be nice to have a few extra sachets. Third, the shower head did not lock inlace properly. Fourth, the toilet door was quite squeaky, it needs some oil to avoid waking people up at night. For the rest, everything was excellent, the view stunning while feeding some visiting parrots on the balcony. Highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our two night stay at Oaks Gold Coast Hotel. Rachel at reception provided exceptional customer services. The view was stunning and the one bedroom apartment was very spacious.

Rachel on the front desk was amazing!!
