Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 4:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Same-day bookings are not accepted after 4 PM Monday-Friday. Reception hours are noon to 2 PM on Sundays and public holidays. Reception is closed on Christmas Day and over Easter.
