The apartment has a nice view but the conditions were pretty bad. One of the toilets was leaking that needs repairing and closed for 2 days out of 3 days we stayed. One of the bed head block was falling down, carpet was wet (I was informed it was due to air conditioning leaking), all remote didn’t work, poor wifi and more. Pretty disappointed. However, the reception and staff were very friendly but that cloud not compensate the poor conditions of the apartment

地方很大很舒適，但遲了退房會自行將我們所有行李扔出房外，我們遲了1小時交房，但最多付錢比遲check out 的費用，但把行李扔出走廊，把整個開心的住宿扣了很多分。

能看到海，景色不错。离热闹区域有点点距离，但是还是算方便的

房間寬敞，廚房設備齊全，整潔舒適，露台寬敞，私隱度高，海景一流，步行一分鐘便可到沙灘看日出。可惜未有提供任何房間服務，例如換毛巾須要繳費，服務似自助渡假屋多於酒店

The apartment is neat and tidy. It is well equipped with washing machine and dryer. It is very close to the main beach (just across the road), my children is very happy for the easy access. The sunrise view at the balcony is beautiful! It is located at the main beach area, which takes some time to go to the surfers paradise and shopping centers... we found this as a credit as we enjoyed the quiet surroundings.

Room average condition. Cleaning very average. Eg windows covered in grease. Lounge seats falling apart. Cutlery greasy. Great location and friendly staff

The Manager Craig and his wife were excellent hosts with a personal approach. They were very helpful with our room change and provided any assistance we required. The room was clean and well presented with amazing sea views. A lovely stay and would certainly recommend this accommodation venue.

1. The so called superior ocean view apartment was misleading as the water views were minimal. 2. All rooms primarily faced west or south west and was very bright and hot. 3. The external sliding door was very difficult to use. 4. The shower hot and cold water taps were confusing to use.

Everything was great, no complaints at all. Always happy to stay there.

Really lovely quieter area ,super close to the beach and local shop and restaurants. Apartment was a bit tired and could be cleaner but nice with a good view (apart from construction work) . Had pretty much everything you need to cook properly and had a great shower . Would visit again .

Fabulous every time i stay there. Staff are great, easy to deal with. Rooms are always clean and well designed. Great views! Convenient 7/11 downstairs and cafe. I will always book again with them.

Pacific Views Resort was excellent for our short stay for work. A fantastic location right across the road from the beach and 5 mins walk to Tedder Avenue. We stayed in apartment 715 which had great views of the ocean and beach and a very large balcony. Main Beach is a hidden gem - close to Surfers Paradise and Southport /The Spit but not a thoroughfare. It is an older building so not as flas or modern in terms of decor but the apartment size was generous and had everything we needed.
