太平洋景观度假村

The apartment has a nice view but the conditions were pretty bad. One of the toilets was leaking that needs repairing and closed for 2 days out of 3 days we stayed. One of the bed head block was falling down, carpet was wet (I was informed it was due to air conditioning leaking), all remote didn’t work, poor wifi and more. Pretty disappointed. However, the reception and staff were very friendly but that cloud not compensate the poor conditions of the apartment

地方很大很舒適，但遲了退房會自行將我們所有行李扔出房外，我們遲了1小時交房，但最多付錢比遲check out 的費用，但把行李扔出走廊，把整個開心的住宿扣了很多分。

能看到海，景色不错。离热闹区域有点点距离，但是还是算方便的

房間寬敞，廚房設備齊全，整潔舒適，露台寬敞，私隱度高，海景一流，步行一分鐘便可到沙灘看日出。可惜未有提供任何房間服務，例如換毛巾須要繳費，服務似自助渡假屋多於酒店

The apartment is neat and tidy. It is well equipped with washing machine and dryer. It is very close to the main beach (just across the road), my children is very happy for the easy access. The sunrise view at the balcony is beautiful! It is located at the main beach area, which takes some time to go to the surfers paradise and shopping centers... we found this as a credit as we enjoyed the quiet surroundings.

超級無敵大海景，非常美。 有免費WIFI，各式各樣廚具，洗衣乾衣機，免費泊車，員工友善，沒有挑剔既地方！ 肯定再次入住！！

Excellent property..loved it

I always love staying at Pacific Views Resort, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. This time my apartment was on the 19th floor with amazing views over the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast. I highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed at Pacific Views Resort several times and it is always amazing. This time I had an amazing apartment on the 12th floor. I will definitely be back soon.

For us the best part was the whales. We were able to see them from the comfort of our bed and of course from the balcony. The 3 days we were there, we woke up to the "morning whale show". It was simply beautiful. The place is well located: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets beachfront. Beautiful beach although we went in winter and as Floridians, we avoided the cold waters 😂. The living room is spacious. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. Washer and dryer that worked well.

We had an amazing apartment overlooking the sea , high up & plenty of whales playing right in front of you . Also had the sand barge wirking & that was a great sight watching that The recepitionist (R,) was wonderful , lovely lady . We had a deal with the cafe next door & it was yum yum pigs bum good . We will be back again .

The bed was old and uncomfortable the bedding was terrible the “duvet” smelt and was next to useless and the pillows were terrible. The heating was virtually non existent. To heat up the apartment we had a small blow heater and small oil column heater which didn’t cut it. Everything is just old and needs a total refresh. Not sure if it really qualifies to be labelled a resort at least don’t expect anything exotic.
