This property is amazing. So comfortable, clean, with a breakfast basket and late check in possibilities. The access to koalas is unprecedented. What a great place. The only downside is the poor signal/wifi/phone connection but that is not something the facility can do anything about.

Amazing to be in amongst nature, with access to the koala sanctuary itself. Beautiful grounds. Clean and spacious room and with nice touches of a continental breakfast provided. Friendly staff.

Overall, I can't find any faults with this place. Communication was excellent from booking to the end of my stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the place is meticulously clean and tidy. The sanctuary is thoughtfully designed and efficiently run. There's a wonderful sense of satisfaction knowing that your stay contributes to funding and sustaining the Koala Hospital.
