This property is amazing. So comfortable, clean, with a breakfast basket and late check in possibilities. The access to koalas is unprecedented. What a great place. The only downside is the poor signal/wifi/phone connection but that is not something the facility can do anything about.

There is no dining room unless u go out … would love to have a warm continental breakfast onsite

Amazing to be in amongst nature, with access to the koala sanctuary itself. Beautiful grounds. Clean and spacious room and with nice touches of a continental breakfast provided. Friendly staff.

We enjoyed staying at the Sanctuary. The staff were all attentive and friendly. We liked the tour of the Koala hospital and Skywalk.

Such an incredible experience for our family of four! The level of compassion, expertise and professionalism surrounding the care of the koalas is most impressive. The onsite facilities clean and very well equipped. Do not miss out on this memorable experience!

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, great infrastructure rescuing and caring for Koalas

Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to support their work as well as to enjoy a bit of relax atmosphere in Port Stephens.

Nice staff

Overall, I can't find any faults with this place. Communication was excellent from booking to the end of my stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the place is meticulously clean and tidy. The sanctuary is thoughtfully designed and efficiently run. There's a wonderful sense of satisfaction knowing that your stay contributes to funding and sustaining the Koala Hospital.

Amazing customer service. All the staff went out of their way to making sure we enjoyed our stay. Ali was fantastic. Everyone seemed very happy about what they do.

It was lovely and quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was perfect. The grouting between the floor tiles in our bathroom needed to be redone, it looked a bit mouldy. We couldn’t connect to the wifi from our room. The koalas were gorgeous. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be going back!
