Great property and holiday. I booked through Expedia with a great price flight and accomodation package but the property disappointingly would not accept my All Accor silver status card benefits since I didn't book with them.

Staff were generally friendly and helpful. At checkin, we were given a room at level 2, which was without park view. Following long liaison with reception staff, we got a room at level 8.
Staff of valet parking and restaurant were friendly.
The hotel is bit outdated. Chlorine in pool and spa pool was too strong which made our eyes irritated. We gave up after one visit.
