Great hotel, very uncomfortable with the crackheads in the park, not ideal bringing a young family nearby

Some PARC staff ordinary. Long delays in service. Forgot bookings when specially requested. Stella in PARC and Peter, Concierge, were excellent however.

Lovely setting, quiet off street. Rooms great and comfy beds. Breakfast was expensive and the service not so top notch.

I had a very nice large room with balcony. Very clean.The gentleman at check in was extremely helpful. Food at Parc was delicious. The one improvement would be for the restaurant to have pastries so that you are able to have refreshments after being out .

Great location in the city. Room was clean and has everything we needed. Pool and sauna were a winner for the kids.

Great property and holiday. I booked through Expedia with a great price flight and accomodation package but the property disappointingly would not accept my All Accor silver status card benefits since I didn't book with them.

the hotel was very nice, staff were excellent and very helpful. I enjoyed using the gym and pool area.

Staff were generally friendly and helpful. At checkin, we were given a room at level 2, which was without park view. Following long liaison with reception staff, we got a room at level 8. Staff of valet parking and restaurant were friendly. The hotel is bit outdated. Chlorine in pool and spa pool was too strong which made our eyes irritated. We gave up after one visit.

After a rather awkward check-in process with a person who clearly wished she was somewhere else, the stay was fine.
