Very good location in a quiet street. Just around the corner from Fitzroy Street hint. There is parking available but for very low vehicles. If you contact them you can go around the back and it's higher to get in.

Very dated! it was a bit pricey for the condition of the property. Just note if you leave early don’t drop token off at the reception box you can’t get out of the car park, no one bothered to tell us that at checkin, lucky for us someone else was leaving at 5:30am and let us out

Too much noise from above apartment, they would be noisy till 1am most nights and on last night they ran washing machine most of the night. Apartment next to us ha loud TV on all night as well. Bathroom very dated. Not recommended to stay at.

Very mediocre hotel. Very run down and seemed like it had not been properly cleaned in years. Hotel ran out of towels for 2 days. Disappointed.
Upside was proximity to beach but that did not outweigh all the negatives. Not worth the price.
