Geeat location, very close to St Kilda tram. Room was clean and very suitable for our needs.
We saw on the advertisement for this property that there was 24 hour shuttle available. That was not the case as the hotel has no shuttle at all. When asked, they said they can recommend any of the shuttles from the airport, ut that did not help us when we arrived after a 15 hour flight.
Also advertised was a continental breakfast available but was actual some cerial for sale at the front desk.
Except for the shuttle and the breakfast I would have rated them 10 / 10

Have stayed here before and was hopeful of a better experience.
Reception and check-in are fine, but the apartments are in desperate need of a serious clean and maintenance, particularly the bathrooms.
Location is great, size is good, ample crockery, etc.
Seriously lacking accessible power points. They're all tucked behind beds, couches etc.

The location of this Quest is amazing. Very close to the beach and shops/restaurants/bars.
The apartment is spacious, but very tired, and wasn't 100% clean. Also, the website says there is a shuttle bus to the airport, but it seems they stopped doing that after COVID, and forgot to update the website.
The shower is annoying and could be upgraded.
The bed is very comfy!

Stayed in the quest at Kilda many times before
However this 10 day stay was not good mold in the shower ,coffee machine not working,tea bags not replenished the Room had window that didn’t close substantially smoke from smokers below /adjacent building would enter through the broken window and smell the whole room out , first day open all windows to remove the smell ,however room constantly smelled of smoke ,complained however no alternative rooms available, whole place needs makeover

I wanted a single room for 5of us near CBD and Quest at St Kilda delivered it, that too in my budget!
It was a nice cozy apartment with all the necessary amenities like washing, kitchenette, kitchen accessories etc. All in all we had a pleasant stay.
The staff is polite and knowledgeable. After hours check-in was very smooth.

Very dated! it was a bit pricey for the condition of the property. Just note if you leave early don’t drop token off at the reception box you can’t get out of the car park, no one bothered to tell us that at checkin, lucky for us someone else was leaving at 5:30am and let us out

Very good location in a quiet street. Just around the corner from Fitzroy Street hint. There is parking available but for very low vehicles. If you contact them you can go around the back and it's higher to get in.

Too much noise from above apartment, they would be noisy till 1am most nights and on last night they ran washing machine most of the night. Apartment next to us ha loud TV on all night as well. Bathroom very dated. Not recommended to stay at.
