Enjoyed our stay. I’m was neat tidy and clean - 2 bedroom is a good size not too cramped.. parking was easy. Very short distance to the beach walking

A particular staff member, Jay, was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He is a real asset to Quest Bayside. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed having everything we needed to prepare breakfast and reheat leftovers. It was helpful to have the washer/dryer, and the staff was friendly and available. The location is ideal and SO close to restaurants, the beach, the tram, etc. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. The pool was petty chilly but never busy and once you adjust to the temperature, a nice amenity. I would certainly recommend Quest St. Kilda Bayside for anyone visiting Melbourne.

Great location. Staff are very friendly.
The room that we stayed in this time was unfortunately a little tired and run down. The couch was very old and uncomfortable and it was dirty.
The bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy, flat and old.
Quest around the world are usually very comfortable. We just lucked out this time.

The rooms were clean and good condition - Electrical sockets were limited particularly in bedrooms, staff were courteous. Sadly workmen woke us up every morning at 7am - which interrupted otherwise a comfortable night’s sleep. The pool had only 5 sunbeds

First room, no hot water.
Second room, the vanity was very close to the shower door and it could not be opened fully. It was a struggle to get in and out of the shower with the narrow opening.

Staff were faultless as usual despite the fact that the receptionist was only 3 months into the job. Rooms were lovely as usual excepting that A7 needed a faultly microwave oven replaced and B7 had a particularly loud whining hot water service constantly whenever in use.

Apartment is in a good spot, just a little way back from the busier roads. Easy access to the trams, beach, restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean and the staff very polite and helpful. The apartment itself is in need of updating, ancient washing machine and a non-condensing tumbledrier that vents into the apartment with a little note that tells you to open the window! No aircon in the bedroom. Very uncomfortable couch.
