Absolutely perfect location. I live in Perth and was in the city for a concert. Stayed in heaps of other places but won't be staying anywhere else from now on. My search is over. Thanks guys. ❤️

Great comfy bed, great service. Bathroom drain is strange as it runs from the shower directly into the rest of the bathroom and under the shower door which restricts the floor towel but otherwise wonderful.

The sun was burning on the day of arrival at 11am , 40 degrees. We asked the receptionist, a gentleman (unfortunately I didn't remember his name) to drop off the luggage first, and he checked us in earlier. :) Room size , bathroom size is generous. Bed is comfy, bed sheets and towels are clean. My only "complaint" is that there was no complimentary water (2 bottles for guests). I am not sure if most hotels don't provide that anymore. In general, great experience, prime location, close to stores, eatery and transports.

I found parking odd. Why not just give local parking details online? Instead of making us pull in, ask, and be sent around the corner which cost $45.
Breakfast was underwhelming, scrambled eggs were so runny. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Surrounding alleyway is gross, but that was all around.

The accessible rooms were great, spacious, non slip tiles and rails in bathroom. Huge comfy king soze bed, reception area was trendy with small bar/cafe. Limited options for breakfast, no balcony and couldn't open a window. Two fire emergencies during my 5 night stay, on the 7th floor with a disability and noone at reception. Need a much better fire plan.

Quick check in, decent room, however after we checked out we were charged for what I can only guess is a mini bar charge. I emailed to request an explanation and recived no reply. I took photos of the mini bar when we checked in and when we checked out as I saw other reviews stating they were charged for mini bar items they also had not consumed. Spoiled what was otherwise a decent stay.

Our room wasn’t cleaned when we put the cleaning sign out, the onsite restaurant was closed, we had issues with our card not allowing access to our room and there was a 3 am false fire alarm and we had to evacuate the hotel. The first time we used room service the drinks forgotten and we had to go downstairs to order some more. Overall, a little bit disappointed.

Easy check in and decent location. Close to the CBD, but far away from the main street noise.
The room itself was quite average. One of the lights flickered when turned on/off and the bathroom curtains had water/brown stains at the very bottom.
We were right infront of the elevators and the rooms werent soundproof so we could also hear people talking. It wasnt a big issue as we left the accomodation for most of the day, however if you are planning to stay in, I would recommend elsewhere.

Bathroom flooded, every time the shower was used. Told the desk on checkout, and was told that it had been reported before, but maintenance man had been away.
