We had a great overnight stay at sea world resort. Our room was nice and spacious. Buffet breakfast was great and dinner at the lobby lounge was delicious and convenient. We all had a swim in the heated pool. It was a fun, family weekend mini break.

Couldn't fault our stay we had noisy neighbours on our first night and reception promptly moved us and enjoying getting the little ones asleep in peace. Thanks for our time there.

We were informed at the front desk that check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM. While we were told the room was ready at 2:57 PM, we were only able to enter the room shortly after 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, as the room had just been cleaned, there was a strong chemical smell that required us to keep the door open and step outside for a while.
More concerning was that we found both small and large cockroaches in the bathroom, which was very unsettling.
During the night, we experienced constant noise—footsteps, dragging sounds, and construction noise coming from the Sea World side as well as within the resort in the mornings. The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to get proper rest over both nights.
Additionally, when I raised these concerns during our stay, I was advised by front desk staff that, since we booked through a third-party platform, we would need to file any formal complaints through them. While I understand the process, I swanted to share this feedback with you directly so you are aware of the issues we encountered.

The property doesnt feel like a 4 star. We had a 3pm check-in but the room was not ready in time.
Asked for plates/cutlery from room-service and they said a delivery fee of $5 will be applied.
The rooms are quite dated and need a refresh. Turning on the shower was causing overflow from the bathroom floor drain.

The staff at Sea world resort went above and beyond to make our stay nothing short of amazing. The only thibg disapoonting was that there were very few options available that were dairy free from the breakfast buffet. If you have soecific dietary requirements i would recommend contacting the hotel prior to booking breakfast. This is our second time staying and will definitely stay again.
