We enjoyed our stay, super family friendly and staff were so accommodating

My 5yo grandson loved it.

This is our third or fourth stay. We. Loved our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. No issues whatsoever. The resort is really family friendly with few dining options. The buffet restaurant was wonderful with heaps of options for breakfast and dinner. The Italian wasn't authentic Italian but it was ok. The only suggestion is the water slide was too cold for the kids to go on so they chose to stay in the swimming pool. So I REALLY hope that the hotel invest in heating up the water used in the slide and the big bucket area so more kids can use that area. Thanks

Very happy with their services, all staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the noise; not much soundproofing between rooms. Kids loved the waterpark!

Great resort pool for the kids.

The Sea World resort was connected to Sea World so it was so convenient to enter and also the surroundings views were awesome. There is decent water park inside the resort. We loved the morning buffet breakfast. The early check-in provided was wondering gesture. The dinner options is limited so we had to drive 10 mins to Surfer Paradise for more options.

My kids enjoyed the stay very much. Will go back to stay longer next time.

We enjoyed the stay. Nice family- friendly environment. Breastfast buffet was enjoyable. We also went to SeaWorld during our stay. Negatives were we booked two rooms for 8 people and stipulated all the childrens ages (9, 7, 4, 2 & 1) only to not receive a conjoined room. It split the family up and meant carrying sleeping children between rooms. Before entering Sea World, I asked reception if we could please borrow some towels for the kids. Reception said to ask Concierge. At concierge, the staff member said other than paid experiences, there are no water areas at Sea World that would require towels. Then he added there is a splash pad but said the kids "won't get too wet and definitely won't stay wet in this weather". I listened to him .. then later heavily regretted this decision. The splash pad absolutely saturates the kids and so does the pirate ship ride when you first enter the park from the resort. Yes, it was a warm day but it was windy and it is not comfy to sit in wet togs for hours. Also on arrival, I asked to pay for 1pm check-out, the staff member asked if she could use the card on file to charge for that, to which I said yes. The next day, at 11am, my phone rung 3 times back to back in 5mins, while we were watching the dolphin show. It was Sea World Resort ringing to ask if we were coming to check out. The staff from the day before did not process the late check out or leave any notes on file.

Loved our stay at Seaworld. Clean room, friendly staff, great facilities, family friendly.

Having the resort right next to Sea World was both convenient and enjoyable! This gave us schedule flexibility with our 1yr old, whilst the pool was in the perfect location!

Absolutely ideal for families. Loads of space for the kids to have fun around the property and easy access to SeaWorld. No monorail any more which was a shame but still an easy walk down into the park. We would definitely stay again. Staff were really lovely too.

Obviously a good location to SeaWorld. Staff are friendly but the queues for food and drink at peak times has still not been addressed since the last time we were there.

Positives: Great onsite eating options. Awesome pool area for kids. Staff generally friendly and very responsive to requests. Theme park entry tickets included in package. Beautiful gardens. Negatives: Toilet continuously running and blocked multiple times. Not very healthy lunch eating options. Seating in buffet/restaurant too close together, so hard to move around.

Extremely overpriced for this condition and service. The booking includes tickets to the amusement parks, but the wording is very misleading, so keep in mind that you should specify the number of quests to see the price and book tickets for all. With that said, the staff is very helpful and nice, the pool is heated and overall impression is ok
