Staff were very good. Professional and everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Good size room and the breakfast/hangout room was really good. Traffic and elevator noise wasn't too bad but still annoying.

Staff were super friendly. Coffee and breakfast items were appreciated. Location is totally perfect, right next to the train station halfway between the airport and the CBD. There was an infestation of drain flies in my bathroom which didn't get sorted, same with the blocked bathroom sink. The kitchenette facilities are really not enough to make yourself food - I booked this rather than a hotel so I didn't have to eat out all the time but no toaster or any form of stove is quite limiting!
