Great location right by skischool and lifts. Rockbar Nextdoor was perfect for lunch. Lovely pool area. We were half board which I would recommend. Would return.

We had an excellent stay at the Sentido. Location for skiing was perfect. Rooms were very bright and comfortable and extra pillows and a kettle were provided immediately upon request. All staff were fantastic. Although the spa area is amazing you need to be very comfortable with stripping off - not for us unfortunately so we therefore felt we missed out. Everyone was naked inside and out of the steam and sauna. I appreciate that this is the way, however, there was no option to stay in you bathers.

The only good thing is if you go with family and try to stay in all the time then it is cool . They give you only specific table to sit town you have no right to choose and surprisingly got charged for service fee which they didn’t even clean my room

Property is modern and extremely clean. Staff are super friendly and service is excellent. Food setup excellent too. We have come to this hotel the last 3 years for skiing and love it. This year there was a large corporate group staying at hotel, and were loud until the early hours of next day which was frustrating as family found it difficult to sleep until noise stopped. Not our normal experience and I’d say unusual for hotel.

I am extremely disappointed, to say the least in regards to not being able to get a refund for the days not used due to an emergency that your night clerk is totally aware of and confirm the situation. This situation was totally out of our control and should be taken into consideration. I expected from such a reputable hotel that they would make an exception to their rules in this case.

Hotel nicely decorated. Minimalist feel with washed woods, tasteful fabrics and nice linen. Staff friendly and food (buffet style) offered a reasonable choice for dinner and breakfast. We had a junior suite (501) on the exec level. It was nice with a large balcony and floor to ceiling windows. When sitting on your bed, a nice view across the roof of the hotel to the mountain opposite the ski slope. Bed super comfy and soft good quality robes too. Now to the small points worth noting: Didn’t have nice complimentary toiletries which you come to expect in a 4 star hotel. Only squeezy wall mounted bottle. Also no air con that we could discern. Not a problem for us as cool outside but I can imagine it getting stifling in the summer. Didn’t really think the extra for exec level worth it. The complimentary things were limited in the lounge and the mini only stocks soft drinks and a couple of beers. Being high is nice but we were on 5th floor and our balcony looked out across the roof top of the 4th floor and the car park. Didn’t try the other amenities of the hotel which could have warranted the price we paid for the room.

Great hotel, very clean and modern. Food was buffet style morning and evening and had a excellent selection of varied food every night. Will definitely be returning. Location was excellent for exploring the Tirol and was always a pleasure to come back at the end of a day.

Auf der Durchreise für 1 Nacht. Positiv: Qualität des Speiseangebot war sehr gut, PP zur Genüge vorhanden, Personal freundlich. Negativ: Check In, umständlich, Wartezeit - bis wir von einem Mitarbeiter einen Tisch zugewiesen erhalten haben - ca. 10 Minuten, der Waschbecken Wasserhahn (Zimmer 101) Ist soweit blockiert, dass nur eine Volldruckeinstellung möglich ist, ein absolutes Novum für uns war auf der Rechnung die automatische Tip-Verrechnung. Somit war unsere Handtip Abgabe ein Doppe-Tip! Das Check Out Prozedere war eine Zumutung. Wartezeit beinahe 15 Minuten, da sich die einzige Rezeption Angestellte in einer endlosen Diskussion mit anderen Abreisenden (inkl. Sonder Wünschen für Gruppenreservationen verstrickte). Die Person im Hinterraum fand es nicht nötig einen Kurzeinsatz, für einen Kurz Chech Out inkl. Rechnungs Erstellung bei uns zu realisieren. Umso ärgerlicher für uns, da noch eine fünfstündige Autoweiterfahrt bevor stand. Hier besteht sicher noch Verbesserung Potential. MfG. H.W. Maier

Helt fantastiskt hotell, bra service. Vi hade halvpension vilket vi kan rekommenderas- jättefin buffé, med variation varje kväll. Riktigt fin frukost. Fabulös utsikt över bergen. Nära in till byn Sankt Johann, en promenad på ca 15min. Finns cyckeluthyrning på hotellet. Obs den är stängd på söndagar.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war wirklich super, auch das Abendessen war sehr vielfältig. Den Saunabereich haben wir sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren nachts sehr warm und ein lüften war leider nicht möglich, da starker Güllegeruch von den Wiesen rein kam. Leider war an einer Nacht eine Party bei der nebenan befindlichen Rockbar, welche bis 4 Uhr morgens anhielt. Aber das Hotel an sich ist sehr schick und modern eingerichtet.
