Radisson Blu Style Hotel, Vienna

Very nice room, and the entire staff was A plus. And the breakfast was fantastic. Will absolutely recommend the Radisson Blue Style Hotel. Great location. You can pretty much walk everywhere.

Located close to all the Vienna Aldstadt. Minutes from the subway. Minutes from the Saint Stephan’s Cathedral. Minutes from the Sissi Museum. Great and Convenient breakfast. Very clean and safe.

The room hotel great perfect location. Of only the room service had answered the phone would have been great. Will surely come back

Room needs a remodel badly, super dated and run down. Shower was dark and gross with missing tiles and dirty brown grout. Room temperature was warm even in winter since a/c was ineffective, good thing the window opens. Only pro was the convenient location.

Great location with everything walkable, bed was a bit hard but otherwise a good stay

The hotel is in a good location but the room was more like a best western and had an enormous amount of black mold in the bathroom, chipped furnishings, and the appearance was mid to poor. The bed was comfortable. We never took breakfast because of the staff up front. Staff is all male, disinterested in performing customer service. I felt an underlying attitude. I wish we chose a hotel with Austrian culture. This seemed to ooze a very different culture that was cold and uncomfortable and unwelcoming... There is no official reception desk with smiling faces to help or guide you. There are usually two men sitting in separate office desks on the phone. As if they are conducting business. When we checked in no map was provided, no one offered to carry our luggage it was just about payment. One day I hurt myself badly and went to the bar for ice. No bartender in sight. I went to one of the men and told him I hurt myself and needed ice. He said to go to the bar and wait for a bartender. That never happened. No bartender ever showed up. He never followed up with me or got me ice himself. I never got ice and I never saw a bartender once working the bar. So if you hurt yourself you are on your own.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Vienna. We had a family suite which was lovely. Breakfast was fab, great choice and they catered superbly for someone like me who’s gluten and lactose free. Staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendlier.

Very friendly band welcoming staff. Room was clean and well maintained by housekeeping. Air conditioning was a little restrictive in terms of temperature amendments. Room lacked storage space.

Good workspace at desk and soft seating

The 2 rooms were very hot, we requested staff to lower temperature in rooms and they said that they recommend we seep with open windows and were not very helpful. Street was. very noise at 6 am. Will not return or recommend this hotel.

In spite of being a VIP Access member the hotel refused to give me even tiny late check out till 1pm

Great location, but unfortunatelly poor breakfast. Service is very slow. Waited for the car from the parking 40 mins.

Check in was ok. Only one person working and he’s not happy; didn’t bother to ask for room upgrade nor the free tour promotion as stated in Expedia . Unfriendly service. Hotel location was great- across from the “Central Cafe”; a lot of eatery and landmarks near by. Room was spacious, clean but old. Check out the same, long line yet; only one working; almost missed my taxi ride.

Great room, personal very helpful, location is wonderful across street from Cafe Central, I loved my stayed at the hotel.
