The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s a bit old but room was spacious and very clean.

Good location, friendly staff

Great location since it is close to various hot spots such as the Hofburg palace and Central cafe. We received warm welcome at check in and the room was nicely decorated. It's spacious and in good condition. Transport is easy since it is close to U bahn station and even if you need a taxi the driver can access quickly. The restaurant serves good breakfast and dinner, I arrived at a cold winter night and found the goulash soup particularly hearty.

Superior staff and location!

Very nice room, and the entire staff was A plus. And the breakfast was fantastic. Will absolutely recommend the Radisson Blue Style Hotel. Great location. You can pretty much walk everywhere.

Located close to all the Vienna Aldstadt. Minutes from the subway. Minutes from the Saint Stephan’s Cathedral. Minutes from the Sissi Museum. Great and Convenient breakfast. Very clean and safe.

The room hotel great perfect location. Of only the room service had answered the phone would have been great. Will surely come back

Sinceramente decepcionada, ese día llegamos en la noche a hacer nuestro check in y cuando me entregaron la habitación era una cama king y cuando había hecho la reservación, específicamente pedí dos camas le comenté esto a la persona a cargo y su respuesta simplemente fue eso, pasa por hacer el Check In tan tardeESO, PASA POR HACER EL CHECK IN TAN TARDE, LO SIENTO. Al día siguiente teníamos actividad por lo cual ya no pudimos cambiar la habitación. Al hacer el check out nos preguntaron que cómo había estado todo y a lo que respondí mal y expliqué la situación y la respuesta solo fue BUENO BUEN VIAJE

Room needs a remodel badly, super dated and run down. Shower was dark and gross with missing tiles and dirty brown grout. Room temperature was warm even in winter since a/c was ineffective, good thing the window opens. Only pro was the convenient location.

Bra hotell, väldigt centralt! Men lite trist, slätstruken reception och hotellbar. Nästan lite tråkig. Man går direkt upp på rummet liksom…

Great location with everything walkable, bed was a bit hard but otherwise a good stay

Habitación muy antigua y aseos fuera de lugar y anticuados, sin colgadores de toallas. Interruptores de luces de baño muy inadecuados con interruptores complejos. No repetiré, a pesar de la buena ubicación

The hotel is in a good location but the room was more like a best western and had an enormous amount of black mold in the bathroom, chipped furnishings, and the appearance was mid to poor. The bed was comfortable. We never took breakfast because of the staff up front. Staff is all male, disinterested in performing customer service. I felt an underlying attitude. I wish we chose a hotel with Austrian culture. This seemed to ooze a very different culture that was cold and uncomfortable and unwelcoming... There is no official reception desk with smiling faces to help or guide you. There are usually two men sitting in separate office desks on the phone. As if they are conducting business. When we checked in no map was provided, no one offered to carry our luggage it was just about payment. One day I hurt myself badly and went to the bar for ice. No bartender in sight. I went to one of the men and told him I hurt myself and needed ice. He said to go to the bar and wait for a bartender. That never happened. No bartender ever showed up. He never followed up with me or got me ice himself. I never got ice and I never saw a bartender once working the bar. So if you hurt yourself you are on your own.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Vienna. We had a family suite which was lovely. Breakfast was fab, great choice and they catered superbly for someone like me who’s gluten and lactose free. Staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendlier.

Nice staff, cozy hotel and amazing location.

Very friendly band welcoming staff. Room was clean and well maintained by housekeeping. Air conditioning was a little restrictive in terms of temperature amendments. Room lacked storage space.
