The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s a bit old but room was spacious and very clean.

門房親切，櫃檯說明清楚，房間舒適，位置很棒，就在Café Central對面。早餐很簡單沒太多選擇不建議在飯店吃早餐，停車一晚€45！

Good location, friendly staff

Great location since it is close to various hot spots such as the Hofburg palace and Central cafe. We received warm welcome at check in and the room was nicely decorated. It's spacious and in good condition. Transport is easy since it is close to U bahn station and even if you need a taxi the driver can access quickly. The restaurant serves good breakfast and dinner, I arrived at a cold winter night and found the goulash soup particularly hearty.

Die Lage ist super. 5 min zur Hofburg oder dem Cafe Demel. Viele Attraktionen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und generell gut isoliert was Lärm angeht. Das Bett war top, selten im Hotelbett so gut geschlafen. Das einzige Manko aus meiner Sicht: man konnte die Heizung nicht manuell einstellen und runterdrehen. Dies scheint nur zentral zu gehen. So war es im Zimmer sehr warm, viel zu warm zum Schlafen. Die Klimaanlage musste daher laufen, was meiner Meinung nach nicht sehr effizient, sondern reine Verschwendung ist.

Very friendly staff

The staff was extremely helpful. The location was amazing, and also had easy access to the subway/train system.

The staff was super friendly, but unfortunately they put us on the 6th floor. The hallway said, they have some issue up there. The roof after to is a like shortly on the sides because of the design. I would not recommend the 6th floor. The shower floods the floor, you have to block with towels.

Beautiful hotel and loved the restaurants on sight during our Christmas stay. Room was spacious and bathroom was great for families.

The gym was well equipped for a good workout - I did not eat breakfast .

More than loved this hotel! Everyone was so courteous and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Hotel and room were updated and immaculately managed! The location was in the heart of the city. Will definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in Viennna again!

Das Zimmer als auch das Personal war sehr gut. An der Rezeption wurde man freundlich empfangen. Man hat sich viel Zeit genommen und als Gast haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

This was a great hotel in the middle of literally everything. The rooms were more spacious than I had originally thought, with amenities like a coffee maker and kettle. Like many hotels in Europe though, you can't control the AC/heating.
