The ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful but could definitely use another pair of hands to help them. I was so tired from travel that Ileft my passport at the checkin desk and they discreetly returned it. The breakfast was delicious with lots of hot options which was very nice. We stayed on the family room side and the space was big for us. The elevator was down when we got there but a very sweet man helped us carry the luggage. There are some steps but nothing outrageous. We got a room with a balcony to the street and its amazing to see the city come to life at night. I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to sleep but no noise made into the room. Its also ideally situated and within walking distance from the train, busses and lots of food options. I hope I get a chance to return. ❤️

This hotel was so cool! I was worried that it would be loud in our room since we overlooked a very busy street but the windows provided excellent sound proofing. I loved the styling of the rooms and hotel. Bed was comfortable too. Zero issues.

This is a very central location- above a very busy bar on the weekends so maybe not the best for travelling with children. Front staff were nice enough but room was T I N Y for two adults and one child. No small refrigerator in room and cream for coffee had gone bad. Aesthetics were very cool!

The room was very dated. The shower did not drain at all which meant that I couldn’t take more than a two minute shower before water starts splashing out on the floor. The coffee machine did not work and it was capsules or pods which is disgusting. The front desk people were not very polite or helpful. The one guy was kind of friendly but when I told the front desk about the shower not draining they did not care. This is not good. The room is very small and it opens onto our roof so I can’t keep the window open without being afraid that people are gonna come in and jump on me in the middle of the night because there were people out there smoking weed until 1 am making a lot of noise so lovely place

The room is just ok. The arriving experience wasn't good because the arrival hall is a very busy restaurant with alot of parties going on. You have to walk through the loud restaurant to arrive at a very small check in counter. Plus side is, you won't hear the noise in the hotel room. Location is great

A lovely hotel but despite booking 5 months early the twin room we requested was unavailable. Also, the hotel was fully booked so we were sent to another of their properties across the road. It was serviced by very steep stairs - no lift and we were two flights up. We would not have been able to get our luggage up the steep narrow stairs if the reception guy hadn’t helped. Checking out was really difficult navigating our luggage down the stairs. We had breakfast included but only went the first day because we felt we could do better somewhere else and we saw the waiter using his hands to refill the hash browns and then eat directly from breakfast buffet (berries). I don't think we saw the best of the hotel.
