Craves Hotel -> 크레이브 호텔

A lovely hotel but despite booking 5 months early the twin room we requested was unavailable. Also, the hotel was fully booked so we were sent to another of their properties across the road. It was serviced by very steep stairs - no lift and we were two flights up. We would not have been able to get our luggage up the steep narrow stairs if the reception guy hadn’t helped. Checking out was really difficult navigating our luggage down the stairs. We had breakfast included but only went the first day because we felt we could do better somewhere else and we saw the waiter using his hands to refill the hash browns and then eat directly from breakfast buffet (berries). I don't think we saw the best of the hotel.

We were not told that the bar and restaurant were closed for the 2 days that we booked. We would not have booked had we known.

Rooms are loud as wooden flooring - rugs or carpets would improve this. Also no notification that the bar and restaurant would closed for the duration of our stay. Would not recommend for the money.

Overall nice location and clean room.

We wished we had the opportunity to stay longer than a night because the hotel was in a great location. Shopping and dining was just beyond the doors. Best surprise were the Cuberdon candy left in our room! What an amazing little morsel. Never had such an amazing, delicious candy before. Made my whole trip! So sad we can’t get them in America!

Wow this hotel is beautiful and great location... The room was very small but had everything you need. Hallways smelled amazing. It had a ceiling fan and I loved it to sleep. I will stay again comfortable and location is right where all the shopping, museums are everything walking distance.

Alerte Punaises de lit!! Hôtel à fuir. Séjour catastrophique. Nous étions quatre amies venues pour trois nuits et avons dû écourter notre séjour en raison d’une infestation de punaises de lit dans deux chambres successives. Dès la première nuit, l’une d’entre nous , allergique, s’est réveillée couverte de piqûres. Nous avons été changées de chambre, mais la seconde était également infestée. L'hôtel reconnait l'infestation mais refuse de rembourser l'intégralité du séjour. Aucune prise de responsabilité réelle, aucune transparence, et un problème manifestement structurel. Un établissement à fuir absolument!!

Rooms should have closet or more space for language since there is no closet, especially if you have +2 in the room. Towels felt very old and over used. Front desk staff was hit and miss. Some were very friendly and helpful, some were not. Hotel provided free coffee and tea but hot water machine was broken so it did not work for us.

It was a nice experience. There’s a really nice restaurant downstairs. The hotel has a really nice theme, but it has a very strong smell of perfume that kinda gives you a headache. The people who worked in the front desk were very nice. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin.

Its a very cute hotel in a good spot. But the room felt dirty. There were stains on the walls and the comforter had holes. Also the drain hadnt been cleaned and the hair in it made the shower back up til we investigated.

Great hotel right in the center of everything. Very walkable and plenty of shopping and restaurants

I absolutely loved this hotel. I checked in on October 25, 2025. I wasn’t able to check in early, but the staff was able to store my luggage while I walked around and waited for my room to be ready. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby. The rooms are decorated in this gorgeous blue color scheme. I love the art on the walls and the wallpaper, the attention to detail is noticeable and admirable. I came back after staying in Antwerp for a few days and checked in on Thursday, October 30 and slept here for two more nights. I experienced both a single room and a double room during my time, both rooms were fantastic, though for more than one person, I would recommend a double room. I was traveling solo so a single worked well for me and I just had extra space in the double room. If I ever found myself in Brussels again, I would absolutely stay at the Craves Hotel. I kind of want it to be at my home away from home.

Même si j'ai déjà mis un avis il y a quelques mois je remet des étoiles en plus Quel magnifique hôtel bien decoré excellente atmosphère design sans compter le parfum qui règne partout. L'équipement est parfait machine à café savon crème, échantillons, petites attentions de l'équipe et manager, un message de bienvenue La dame à l'accueil est très gentille. Receptif aux mails et requêtes du client Merci pour la baignoire merci beaucoup pour tout J'espère revenir tres bientôt

A great hotel in the centre. Intriguing layout, decoration, secret passages and rooms (if you're nosy enough), and very quiet at night. Would definitely go back, but probably won't, because Brussels itself is a disappointing, confused and uninspiring mess. That said, if you're there because you have to be, then Craves will not disappoint! And the staff were superb.

I loved the location of the property and the ease of checking in. It would be good to have a full length mirror in a position in the room where you can see the entire body to help getting dressed. The current mirrors are placed in a part of the room where you can not see yourself. Also, the key card access point is hard to find when entering the room due to complete darkness. A small fluorescent light would help. There were spider webs in multiple locations around the room including the bathroom above the towel rack.
