Veldig sentralt. Nydelig hotell.

Great location, good hotel but very pricey for the service offered. Some of the common spaces were not as clean as they could have been.

Amei simplesmente tudo. O quarto é limpo e amplo, os funcionários são sempre muito simpáticos e solicitos. Além de tudo, a localização é perfeita. Quando voltar em Bruxelas com certeza pretendo me hospedar novamente no Craves.

Crave Hotel is a unique place to stay; walk to most all important sites and easy transport. Dinner was perfect for light meal or fancy celebration. Location is just at Grand Place historic district, so taxi gets you almost to the entrance.

I did not like that the hotel Craves fire alarm was activated in the middle of the time I was falling sleep around 2:30a on the 19th of September so we evácuated the hotel and waited outside for a very long time and it was cold and finally we were told that it was a false alarm but the alarm was on until 6:30a or 7:00a. I had a city tour the next day and I needed to be there at 8:00a and I did not sleep at all. I requested a one night Refund and the agent at the desk offered me a breakfast that I could not take since my nice and I were leaving to the Brussel Air port very early. The agent at the desk said that he would pass the request I asked for one night Refund to his manager and that expidia would contacto me.

It was a unique property with nice decor

Lovely hotel walkable from the train. Fantastic art throughout the hotel. A wonderful assortment of breakfast choices with a Mediterranean flair. The roasted veggies were fantastic! Walkable to parks and museums.

Bathroom is outdated. Blow dryer didn’t work. Very dark and warm. Great location.

Both location and hospitality was perfect. Hope to come back again.

Værelset var lidt for lille til rejsende også selv om vi ikke havde store kufferter. Gange var meget dårligt belyste og mulighederne for fornuftig belysning i rummet var ringe. Ellers var alt OK

Good location close to Central Train station and many restaurants

The experience at the hotel was truly enjoyable and memorable. I was captivated by the details that had been carefully considered in every corner. The design and arrangement of the decor created a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere. In addition, I must highlight the kindness of the staff, always attentive and willing to help. The welcome gifts represented a very thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The room, spacious and comfortable, offered spectacular views. Every aspect contributed to a perfect and satisfying stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

The hotel itself was very unique and the decorations were very cool. Staff was not overly friendly. There was often times noise from the restaurant downstairs.

This hotel was in a great location. We had a nice comfortable family room with small kitchen.

Close to everything (most tourist attractions, tram, bus, train). We would stay here again.

Kaikin puolin todella upea hotelli, ainut miinus kadulta kuuluva melu mutta senkin hotelli oli hienosti huomioinut korvatulpilla yöpöydillä. Erityismaininta siitä että huoneessa oli ilmastointi ja kattotuuletin ja helteisinä päivinä niistä oli suuri ilo!

Hotel situato in un punto assolutamente strategico.stanza abbastanza confortevole.Bagno da migliorare (vasca) Ottima l'idea della stanza stireria e delle tisane illimitate a disposizione dei clienti. Cialde nespresso a disposizione in camera. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Climatizzato ed ambientei silenziosi. Ristorante annesso all'hotel.pulizie e cambio asciugamani quotidiano.sicuramente ci ritornerei.

Amazing! The staff were absolutely fantastic here and our room was perfect. If I could give them 20 out of 10 I would!
