Such a fun, flashy and colourful vibe. Digital art was incredible and hotel theme was unique. This was such a great find and conveniently located by transit and shops but just outside of crowded, high tourist area. Close to a lovely garden.

It started at reception with Marie, who immediately made me feel welcome. So important to a tired traveler. It expanded to Morgane, who assisted me with a difficult matter with my phone carrier, and finally with Ulysse, who completed my download of the IHG app. Pleasant bar service with Joy, and everyone at the hotel with whom I interacted. Well done.

The staff are good and the accommodations are decent (if expensive) but I give them a “poor” rating based on terrible lack of accessibility. If you’re in a wheelchair forget about it but even if you have minor mobility issues this place can be a challenge. The attached restaurants in particular have no ramps and it is extremely difficult to access lobby bathrooms.

Funky decoration in the hotel and rooms, amazing breakfast. The self service check-in machines let it down, could not find my booking for ages, then charged my card, even though it had been pre-paid. I definitly prefer the welcome of a friendly receptionist human! The room I had was funkily decorated but was definitely on the small side. I could hardly get into the shower as the bathroom was so narrow. Also, out of the window we just saw a wall and another window which made it feel a bit dark and cramped. There are probabaly bigger rooms with a view of the outside world available!

The hotel was aesthetically appealing, conveniently located and had friendly staff. However, the rooms need more lighting/brightness for practical use (eg. The lighting by the full body mirror was dim making it practically useless).

I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had a lovely vibe to it. The room had a good ambience with a range of items useful for our stay. There were loads of good food options nearby and the botanical gardens were a must visit for evening and morning walks (Including turtles and goslings). Didn’t get a chance to try the other facilities within the hotel but if they were as good as the rest of the stay, your on to a winner.

Great trendy hotel. Room size was comfortable. A little farther away from central tourist attractions. Downgraded my rating a little only because our air conditioning was not adjustable on a warmer spring day and nothing could be done except giving us a portable fan since they couldn’t send an HVAC expert up. They offered to switch our room but it was our last night with an early wake up time. When something like this has happened before, there would be an offer to physically help move us and more follow-through.

A bit of a surprise to find the dining room was closed both Sunday and Monday (although the food in the bar area was acceptable, and that was a nice place to relax when not too crowded)
