So far so good.

I booked a twin bed room and fully paid, however I got a tiny single bed room which is cheaper price. I traveled from a long way to the hotel, I was really tired and had to get ready for my next day business. Instead I had to argue with the reception because they thought I was alone so they arranged a tiny single bed room for me even though I paid for twin bed room for 2 nights. It was ridiculous, but they offered free breakfast for one day, the next day changed to a twin bed room. Although they changed the room for the next day, I still felt terrible for this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel with new and old world charm. Pros: Comfortable beds and pillows, delicious coffee, refrigerator, iron, water, and safe to lock belongings. No cons. Would stay again if traveling to Brussels.

It started at reception with Marie, who immediately made me feel welcome. So important to a tired traveler. It expanded to Morgane, who assisted me with a difficult matter with my phone carrier, and finally with Ulysse, who completed my download of the IHG app. Pleasant bar service with Joy, and everyone at the hotel with whom I interacted. Well done.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, ao lado da estação de metrô Rogier, que permite acesso rápido a toda a cidade. Os metrôs passam com frequência, entre 5 e 10 minutos, o que facilita muito a locomoção. O quarto é ótimo: espaçoso, com cama extremamente confortável, ideal para um casal. Também conta com cofre, útil para guardar itens importantes. As instalações são novas e o check-in foi super ágil — em menos de 5 minutos já estávamos com a chave em mãos. Os únicos pontos negativos foram a quantidade limitada de sabonete líquido no banheiro, que não foi reposta pela equipe de limpeza, e o valor elevado do serviço de lavanderia. Caso precise lavar roupas, vale a pena procurar uma lavanderia de rua próxima. (Anexei os preços praticados durante minha estadia para referência.) No geral, uma excelente opção para se hospedar em Bruxelas.

Top Hotel! Das Frühstück ist wirklich ein Erlebnis.

Such a fun, flashy and colourful vibe. Digital art was incredible and hotel theme was unique. This was such a great find and conveniently located by transit and shops but just outside of crowded, high tourist area. Close to a lovely garden.

Very nice stay, would definitely recommend

The staff are good and the accommodations are decent (if expensive) but I give them a “poor” rating based on terrible lack of accessibility. If you’re in a wheelchair forget about it but even if you have minor mobility issues this place can be a challenge. The attached restaurants in particular have no ramps and it is extremely difficult to access lobby bathrooms.

I liked the fact they have water stations on each floor unfortunately our floor was not working. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very kind and helpful.

Gezellig en sfeervol hotel met een goede keuken voor diner 's avonds.

Het personeel was altijd netjes en vriendelijk. Het Hotel was stil, en oogde schoon. Wij vonden de kamer wel wat aan de kleine kant, en dan met name de badkamer. Er is gewoon vrijwel geen ruimte om normaal op de wc te zitten. Deze is letterlijk naast de rechthoekige wastafel geplaatst, en dus heb je aan 1 kant constant de ijzeren poten tegen je lijf. Niet fijn. De 3 liften zijn niet heel snel, 1 was vaak buiten gebruik. Wil je de trap nemen dan moet je dat vragen want je kan niet standaard het trappenhuis in. Lijkt mij wijs dat het Hotel dit verbetert. Verder was het prima. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, en lekker.
