An excellent stay at the Navarra. The hotel is spotless and the staff are a credit to it. The hotel is situated a couple of minutes walk from the main square in Brugge and easy distance to the transport systems. After a hard day sightseeing and shopping you can relax in a very friendly bar being run by “Frankie”. He has a wealth of local knowledge and a very competent photographer. Thanks for the suggestions on photo locations.

Very nice hotel, clean comfortable and with friendly staff, especially the bar manager Frankie. Great location to the main square and would stay there again on next visit to Bruce.

For a 4 star hotel, very disappointed that the bar had to be closed 2 consecutive nights because bar manager off sick.
Also apparently no one else in the hotel had the training to deal with alcohol requests via room service.
Surely anyone over 18 is able to pour a shot from a spirit bottle and take the cap off a bottle of coke !!!!

The hotel room was lovely and the common spaces were very nice too. Weirdly, nowhere to get a hot drink in the hotel (other than the mini kettle in your room) before 4pm though.
The “spa” was disappointing - it’s essentially a very small communal sauna (seats 4 people in a cosy manner) and a cold small swimming pool (no loungers or space to sit). We went down to the spa once and didn’t go back.
I would still return, but would give the spa a miss and so wouldn’t book here if the spa is a big draw for you (as it was for us).

Fantastic location that's an easy walk to any sight you'd like to see in Brugge.
Inside, the staff are very welcoming, and the hotel pool/sauna is such a great way to unwind after a long day of walking around.

My husband and I had a spectacular time. This is a safe, well-located, and very clean hotel. The attention from all the employees was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the cappuccino coffee. The person who served us breakfast was excellent, a lady who spoke Spanish

Absolutely lovely hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice room and bathroom with wonderful views of the city. Very delicious and hearty daily breakfast. Very close walking distance to the Christmas market which was the reason for our visit. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
