清潔で、とてもすごしやすい環境でした。

(Good points) 1 This hotel is situated in the center and near sightseeing spots. 2 It was quiet and clean in the room. 3 Most of staffs were kind and polite. (Not good points) 1 A few instant cup noodles on the desk in the room were stolen after I came back to the room. The door was locked automatically. So, someone who could enter the room must have stolen it. 2 The railway station is far away from the hotel and it takes around 20min. to move to the hotel from the railway station by walk. Beside the roads are complicated. So, it is not easy for travelers to move to the hotel from the railway station,especially with suitcases. So, I moved by taxi and the price of one way was around 9 euro. 3 Breakfast was tasty and simple. The price was around 42 euro. So, it is much more economical to buy something to eat and drink at a supermarket.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es ist ruhig im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber ausreichend. Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber ok. Das Wasser im Pool sehr frisch. Die beschriebenen 28,5 Grad, erreicht es bei weitem nicht. Nachts hat es ständig geknarrst, nach andauernder Recherche, war es die Badtüre, die im Wechsel von Abluft und Klimaanlage bewegt worden ist.

Location was amazing, very central. Close to the centre, everywhere walkable within minutes. The hotel itself is lovely and quiet even though it is close the centre. The bar prices are reasonable in comparison to the rest of Brugge. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and spacious. Shower was great. It's a very old building as expected but excellently maintain, with the building being that old the rooms are in a bizarre layout, to get to our room (093) it was up and down stairs and 2 lifts, very strange but when we finally got to our room and unpacked, there was an exit right outside our room door, leading to an alleyway, leading to another door straight out on to the street, so this was brilliant. Access was then so easy. I would stay here again. We didn't try the breakfast as we only stayed for 3 nights and wanted to explore different places.

Great hotel, very convenient to the centre of Bruges. Parking available on site for an additional fee. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. There is a small pool - estimated 10m length down in the old wine cellar in the building - also a sauna. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, stylish interior and rooms, good breakfast. Perhaps a bit pricey, but so worth it.

Room was nice and clean. Staff greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was ok, as I was expecting that they would have waffles as part of the buffet breakfast…but they did. The location was great, walking distance to the square, also secluded enough that we slept well.

Well appointed room, superior room 2nd floor, nespresso machine refilled every day, very courteous staff, very good breakfast buffet with good quality food. Indoor pool small, gym also limited, no weights. Good location and convenient parking at 25 euro.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super – der Große Markt ist in etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch von außerhalb ist das Hotel mit dem Auto dank des hoteleigenen Parkplatzes gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist hilfreich und freundlich. Vielleicht erwarte ich zu viel, aber 25 Euro für den Parkplatz sind wirklich teuer. Ich finde, ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sollte solche Services kostenlos anbieten – zumal der Parkplatz nicht einmal überdacht ist. Das Hotel ist sauber. Allerdings verleihen die braune Farbe und der braune Teppich dem Hotel einen Achtzigerjahre-Look und wirken teilweise abgenutzt und dunkel. Das Frühstück war okay, aber etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Die Treppen im Hotel – abgesehen von der großen Treppe im Foyer – sind wirklich eine Herausforderung, insbesondere für gehbehinderte Menschen. Der Aufzug wäre für Rollstuhlfahrer viel zu klein. Der dunkle Boden und die kleinen Stufen erschweren das Runter- und Raufgehen.

Very charming and welcoming hotel. The staff in particular were very helpful and friendly. The only recommendation would be to pre-pay your breakfast as is much more expensive when you go to breakfast impromptu.

The hotel staff were great. Very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was very well located minutes away from the main square and yet in a quiet street. Bar was awesome. I would go back to this hotel whenever I return to Bruges.

We had a wonderful stay in Brugge. Our room on the top floor offered a beautiful view of the Belfry, which made the experience all the more memorable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout our visit. One thing to note—the hotel layout is a bit of a maze. Reaching our room required two different elevators and navigating a series of winding hallways. That said, it was more of a curiosity than a concern, and we had no real issues. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the center of town—and the restaurant staff and breakfast were both outstanding. If you plan to use the hotel’s laundry service, be aware that it is quite expensive (around €20 for a polo shirt during our stay). Fortunately, there are local laundromats nearby that offer a more economical option. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others.
