清潔で、とてもすごしやすい環境でした。

(Good points) 1 This hotel is situated in the center and near sightseeing spots. 2 It was quiet and clean in the room. 3 Most of staffs were kind and polite. (Not good points) 1 A few instant cup noodles on the desk in the room were stolen after I came back to the room. The door was locked automatically. So, someone who could enter the room must have stolen it. 2 The railway station is far away from the hotel and it takes around 20min. to move to the hotel from the railway station by walk. Beside the roads are complicated. So, it is not easy for travelers to move to the hotel from the railway station,especially with suitcases. So, I moved by taxi and the price of one way was around 9 euro. 3 Breakfast was tasty and simple. The price was around 42 euro. So, it is much more economical to buy something to eat and drink at a supermarket.

Room was spotless, the staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay perfect. The Hotel was convenient to shops and restaurant's all short walks from hotel.

Very good location a few minute walk from the main Christmas Market square. We were room 211 which was outside the main hotel and it felt like a private chalet. We went to the Bar and service was great. Would stay again in Brugge

Personeel wss zeker beleefd en de kamer helemaal in orde. Fijn dat er ook parkeerplaats was van het hotel. Jammer dat daar 25 pn voorbetaald moest worden

Everything at this hotel is perfect. The location is so central yet the hotel has a unique, quiet feel. It’s immaculately clean and EVERY staff member we encountered were happy, polite and helpful.

Everything was amazing for start to finish , the facilties were amazing and the staff were great. The proximity to the main market was definitely a bonus as well. Will deffo stay here again.
