No research at all as our flight to Hamburg had been cancelled 12 hours before. The hotel couldn’t have been located any better the suggested noise didn’t bother us at all. We love the eco-room where you could choose to have free drinks rather than have your room service stepper.

Love unique design of the room upon entrance and the view from our room I love it.
Giorgina, Lorraine, Adi, Gieana and Jada from the restaurant. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and accommodating.
Me and Daughter enjoyed and Loved 🥰 our stay.
Definitely recommend come back again 🇱🇺❤️

The hotel is very modern and clean and is based in a vibrant area with lots of transport options. The staff is really helpful and responsive. I liked my room which was clean and tidy and I had everything I needed.
Only two negative instances are the shower drain was blocked ( I am sure they would’ve quickly fixed it if I told them but I was in a rush to go out) and the hotel inside was noisy with neighbours slamming the doors, some noise coming from above floors made it hard to sleep. Otherwise I was happy.

Great location and nearby shops for any last minute essentials. Metro right outside for easy travel. The actual hotel was very spacious and unique, we loved the references to art that were seen throughout. Lots of photo opportunities and memories made. Only criticism is the windows were dripping water on the inside and pooling…. Doesn’t seem safe as the heating unit was right beneath this. Not sure if it was something to do with being on the top floor and it being December

Stayed here with my 12-year-old. I loved this hotel, it's probably the best place I've ever stayed. I loved the art theme. Entering the room for the first time felt like walking into another world. The facilities were all great. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but we did order room service one night, which arrived promptly and was delicious. The location is really convenient for the main sites and tram links, we walked most days but the day we did get a tram there were stops very close to the hotel. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. No complaints, I would 100% stay here again.

Good: Newer, clean hotel, good location, expensive but convenient parking on the 2nd night when we returned late and couldn’t find street parking. The bartender was especially nice & made us hot cocoa and a Shirley temple drink that was very tasty. There were free croissants, fruit and juice at checkout.
Bad: The bed was too hard, and it took nearly10 min for the shower to get warm enough. The front desk offered to send a technician when I asked why the water was not warm, but after 30 min of him not arriving, I told them to cancel the tech because we were going out. Sadly, the next morning our shower was barely warm again, so we suffered through another uncomfortable shower.
Hard bed and an unexpectedly cold shower were the only negatives.

This is a great hotel for exploring Brussels. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a nice bar and a restaurant. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. It is pretty easy to walk into the city centre, but the hotel is close to a metro station and buses. A great find, and I’d be happy to stay there again

Nice quirky hotel, location close to the centre and great breakfast.
I was travelling with a friend, and I booked a room with two separate beds, but we got a room with a double bed and only one duvet. I understand that the hotel does not guarantee the room you choose, but if a guest books separate beds, they probably don’t want to sleep under the same blanket.
If the room request is not feasible, could two separate blankets be premade for the bed? That would be a good service.

Bed was really comfortable. Room was a bit cold even with air con at fullest. Floor looked not very clean although believe this was the style being a distressed style. Check in was 3pm although we arrived at around 12 noon. Were told our room was ready but could access with a charge of 59. Euro. Disappointed at this. Think if room is ready it is goodwill to allow access instead of seeing it as a money making effort.

This hotel was located just outside of the popular tourist areas but was walking distance from the Brussels Nord train station. Its definitely a vibe of fun and art. I ate at the hotel for dinner and had the best service from the staff, so friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to several grocery stores and pharmacies. The park was close by. Everything was very nice
