Stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and with air conditioning (outside was very hot). Great walk-in shower bathroom. Staff deserve a shout as they are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I used the decent bar and had some good food there too. This was my second stay here. The hotel is on the edge of the main city areas.

Unfortunately I had to give a low rate even if the staffs were great and the beds were super comfy and big. I think the beds were the reasons I chose this hotel- 2 kings size bed. So the main reason that effects the low rate were the noise from the street. If you were a light sleeper run away from this hotel. I thought it shouldn’t be that bad when I read the previous reviews but I thought wrong. Nope. The tram ran frequently early and late at night. It’s so so loud. Police cars in Brussels were no joke. Sirens 5 times during the night. The owner of the hotels should start thinking about add the sound proof materials at least on the first 3 floors!! Also, redo the floor pls. The floor in the room looks bad.

Hébergement plutôt bien situé, entretenu pas loin de l'hypercentre avec bouche de métro et tram à moins 5min de marche, Hébergement propre, grand lit confortable, chambre équipée mais certains équipement un peu limité exemple une seule prise secteur pour une chambre de 24m2 Petit déjeuner pas trop varié très peu de crudités de salés, j'ai trouvé les mêmes choses 3 jours d'affilés, aliments pas trop frais car j'ai eu une indigestion 2 fois de suite

The breakfast is excellent! Best breakfast I've ever had. There were so many options for breakfast. Also the food in restaurant at the hotel was very good too. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean, there was a coffee machine with coffee capsules in the room, the bed was comfortable. The hotel location is convenient by tram, bus, subway to go anywhere. I like the hotel which has great artistic design, it makes the hotel special. Definitely I will come back to stay in this hotel.

I had an amazing sleep at this hotel. It’s the first hotel room I have stayed at that truly seems designed for sleep. The TV is in front of the bed but separated by a sliding door so once you close that there’s no light pollution of any kind. The room is truly dark unless you decide to switch on one of the warm reading lights on each side of the very comfy bed, the blackout curtains complete the experience. Plus, it was strangely silent even though it is located on a busy avenue. The next best thing was the breakfast which was a fun experience even for a solo traveler, vast assortment of fruit, eggs, bakery, fresh orange juice station, and a unique pancake/waffle wagon. One of the few breakfast buffets where you can make your own mimosas/bloody Mary’s. Overall a great stay, would definitely come back.

The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever.

Hôtel à la décoration, très artistique . Notre chambre était assez grande Ali, très confortable et dur. Le déjeuner est de très grande qualité. L’Hôtel est à un pas des transports en commun donc tous les déplacements sont faciles. Petite ombre au tableau: distributeur de café, dans le lobby serait très apprécié, et certains membres du staff ne parlaient pas français.

Clean room with a comfortable bed. Coffee maker had a broken button so couldn't make coffee in the morning. Decor was kooky...an entire room in the style of a Jackson Pollack painting. My main issue was the overly perfumed lobby...gave me a headache.
