Hotel in a good location, very close to Brussels Luxembourg station. Room was a good size with good range of toiletries, sewing kit, shower cap, hairdryer, etc. however there were a few maintenance issues that could have been sorted, such as curtains hanging off the rail, a bathroom leak into the carpet - these things did not impact our stay but they just made the room look a little unloved

The staff were superb. Food (breakfast) was good. Location is excellent - pretty much all of central Brussels is walkable from the hotel. The actual room however was terrible! A family suite consisted of a barely decorated lounge with no ventilation and then a large room/cupboard with no windows and broken AC. The door to this “bedroom” was broken so required a Herculean effort to open and close. Then, the bathroom was on the other side of the bedroom, with no lock on the door and a translucent door, so anyone going to the loo in the night wakes up the bedroom occupants with light. To top it off, all lights (inc bedside reading lights) were linked to the main switch. So, if you want to stay up after putting the kids to bed, you’d better have packed your night vision goggles. The 2 tv’s worked ok, although only 1 controller.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Area was quiet but still had good access to restaurants. Just a short walk from central Brussels. Stayed for F1 at Spa. Easy access to roadways. The room was a large 1 bedroom suit that was perfect for a family of 4. Nice pool table and foosball in the lobby.
