cold breakfast, confused interior, spontaneous kindness but good location!

The inside is attractive, the lobby is great for family and friends (pool table, foosball, couches). I like the property's location and some of the staff, a couple were a little on the cold side, but that's okay. I misplaced my key during my stay, and they were very gracious in replacing it, some hotels charge you for that. I gave it a four because there was a weird stain on the carpet in my hallway, the shower was open and leaked on the side, and my room setting was a little unsettling (To access my room I had to open a door that gave access to two rooms, being a female alone, I was a little weary of that setup). I ended up liking it in the end; after I met the occupants of the other room. The room itself was nice, comfortable and very spacious. The decor was cool, and the wardrobe was simply beautiful and practical.

Very close to public transportation and nearby stores that open late.

Great experience, clean room with a cool design, friendly staff, we enjoyed our stay! Plenty of public transport closeby, city center 20min walk away. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel itself was clean, room good size and comfortable. Breakfast nice with good choice of drinks and food. What key it down was just general lack of staff. Foyer self check in didn't work, wasn't private, anyone walking past could see the screen with personal info on (passport, DOB, address etc) which I wasn't comfortable with. Didn't work anyway and then staff be reluctant to help! Tried the online check in before arrival and that wouldn't let me complete either. Had a fire alarm go off at 00:30, all guests filed out to the street in front of hotel but no staff in sight anywhere. No fire engines came. We all waited outside in rain for 15/20 minutes before guests started going back in as fed up getting wet and alarm had stopped. Still no staff members. We all hung around in the foyer as no all clear given. Finally staff member showed up and said it was okay as he'd checked each floor and turned alarm off. Someone had pressed the alarm button by accident apparently.

Super Service, gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt - sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Geräumiges Zimmer mit allen Utensilien, die man so benötigt.

Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig und schön. Im Bad hatte ein paar kleine optische Mängel, aber nichts Erwähnenswertes. Einzig störend war die Nähe zum Aufzug und der damit verbundene Geräuschpegel (für laute Gäste kann das Hotel aber nichts). Das Frühstücksbuffet bot genügend Auswahl, auch frisches Obst. Das Nachfüllen dauerte aber oft etwas. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!

Great location, clean, convenient to all modes of transportation, staff was great, room very comfortable! Only one slight inconvenience on one night when fire alarm went off at midnight causing us to all evacuate the building, but overall great stay! Would stay here again!

The hotel has a really great gym in comparison to the usual hotel gym. The sauna access was a nice surprise. The area where the hotel is located felt like a ghost town but the nearest metro station was about a 10 min walk away. A walk to the main center was about 30 minutes. Overall a good stay and no regrets but if you want to be closer to the action, this is probably not the place for you.

While the hotel itself is okay, the area around felt unsafe for our family. Shops are boarded up, many restaurants are closed, lots of trash in the streets, police activity. Our room was large enough, beds were comfortable enough. Cleaning in the room, walls, flooring, shower could be improved.

It was just an overnight stay, but this was a very good expereince overall. The hotel and rooms are modern, well furnished and have the latest technology. Bathroom was spacious and the room was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The only issue was the heating ebing set to 24 degrees and no way to reduce the temperature, whihc made for a warm night. The breakdfast was very good, with options to suit all tastes and diets. I was allowed to stay in the room until 2 pm for no extra charge as I was not leaving Brussels until late afternoon. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.
