The hotel staff were excellent and the room exceeded expectations with a very comfortable bed and modern style. The gym was also amazing with new equipment and panoramic views of Brussels. I would stay there again.

The hotel is a 18 minute walk from the Grand Place main square in Brussels. There's several stores and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was very comfortable. The pillow was a little too soft for my liking. However, I did not try to change it so that was down to me. Breakfast was a buffet style with a very large choice of dishes and beverages. I was impressed with the wide variety of foods available and their presentation.

Terrible service for a hotel of this standard. Everything seems to be arranged to make it easier for the hotel instead of the customer. The room facilities were basic with no storage except for one small cupboard. The coffee pods (3) were not replaced for the second night nor was the cream. The charging points seemed not to work and none of our devices charged overnight. Plug in sink didn’t work, the toilet kept running and the TV just said “loading” so we gave up after 20 mins. We were very disappointed and will chose a different hotel next time.

Love The Hotel! Room was spacious, bathroom was luxurious! This hotel feels high end and was better than the photos!! Electric shades in the room!!! My favorite type of amenity! Breakfast area was wonderful!! So much great food options and fresh juices! I only needed to stay one night and it was such a treat I would go straight here of I needed to stay in Brussels again.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! The switches for the curtains and light were outstanding! We loved being able to check out an hour later and the flexibility! The automatic light for the bathroom was an amazing feature!
