Great location. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Great overall location and comfortable

Sehr schönes Zimmer, mit viel Platz und würziger Austattung. Wir waren im 19ten Stock und die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Tatsächlich sind alle Getränke in der Minibar inkl. einschließlich Champagner, was schon bemerkenswert ist. Der Zugang zur VIP Lounge hat sich für Snacks und Drinks ebenfalls sehr gelohnt. Zu guter Letzt, muss ich zugeben, dass das Frühstück wirklich fantastisch war. Sehr zu empfehlen, das Hotel und insbesondere die Suite

Terrible service for a hotel of this standard. Everything seems to be arranged to make it easier for the hotel instead of the customer. The room facilities were basic with no storage except for one small cupboard. The coffee pods (3) were not replaced for the second night nor was the cream. The charging points seemed not to work and none of our devices charged overnight. Plug in sink didn’t work, the toilet kept running and the TV just said “loading” so we gave up after 20 mins. We were very disappointed and will chose a different hotel next time.

The hotel staff were excellent and the room exceeded expectations with a very comfortable bed and modern style. The gym was also amazing with new equipment and panoramic views of Brussels. I would stay there again.

Heel goed verblijf gehad in de Panorma suite.. prachtig uitzicht, kamers net en fijn ingericht met ruime keuze in minibar. Badkamer en douche uitstekend, maar vermijd deze kamer als je met een rolstoel reist. Je kan de toilet niet binnen met een rolstoel, de deur is te smal.

The hotel is a 18 minute walk from the Grand Place main square in Brussels. There's several stores and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was very comfortable. The pillow was a little too soft for my liking. However, I did not try to change it so that was down to me. Breakfast was a buffet style with a very large choice of dishes and beverages. I was impressed with the wide variety of foods available and their presentation.

Four days in Brussels and a great location . A 20 minute walk to the old town and five minutes to great shopping and food. The bed was comfortable but the sheets kept crumbling up and I was not a fan of the open bathroom but overall a good place to stay
