Dirtiest hotel near Beira mar. If you see any other bad review about not being clean its real. we Stay with the place with jacuzzi but we never used it since it was dirty. The pool water was dirty and you can smell strong smell of chlorine. I stayed for 10 days. every time they change bed sheet they always had stain. Only thing that was good about the hotel was the stuff. They are really friendly and they try their best to give me best experience despite being a miserable place.

Hotel close to the beach but the facilities was terrible. Only one elevator working so sometimes you wait more than 10 minutes to take the elevator. Towels in the room were so wear out that look like for mopping floor.

Eu havia perdido minha reserva em outro hotel por conta do atraso no meu voo. Fiz então a reserva no Costa do Mar, porém, só foi possível fazer para o dia seguinte, sabia que ao chegar lá teria que solicitar e pagar por uma reserva de poucas horas, porém, ao chegar, me foi orientado a buscar outro hotel pois não havia ninguem para fazer check-in naquele horário, que seria as 4 da madrugada. Busquei o hotel indicado pelo rapaz do Costa do Mar, que ficava a uma quadra do mesmo, me hospedei lá e retornei ao acordar para fazer meu check-in no Costa do mar. O hotel parece já ter tido dias melhores no que diz respeito as roupas de cama, travesseiros e toalhas. Optei por comprar um travesseiro novo para minimizar o desconforto e risco pelo mau estado do travesseiro do hotel. Porém, esses foram os problemas que podem ser corrigidos pela administração do hotel. No mais, o hotel é muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, existe estacionamento com serviço de manobrista, o café da manhã é o que se espera de hoteis dessa categoria, simples e funcional. O serviço de quarto na minha experiência ficou um pouco a desejar pela demora em atender a minha única solicitação que foi uma manta, que por sinal parecia mais uma colcha de cama de solteiro e estava bem desgastadas.

Destaque para o cara que estaciona o carro que é muuuuito simpático e atencioso e dá boas dicas aos hóspedes. Também tem um recepcionista barbalhense que é muito atencioso e prestativo e tem boas indicações turísticas. Localização: Excelente. Perto de boas barracas na praia, farmácias, bancos e restaurantes (Destaque para o MARIANO DA PICANHA - picanha de excelência); Wi-fi: boa conexão e de fácil acesso, bastando localizar o andar onde se está hospedado para conectar. Táxi: sempre presente em frente ao hotel. Pontos incômodos à corrigir: Os elevadores: estão constantemente quebrando e, então, disponibilazam o elevador de serviço; A piscina: precisa de melhor iluminação. Os quartos: necessitam de cesto de lixo extra (tínhamos que utilizar o do banheiro). O anúncio não avisa que não terá água ou lanche no frigobar e quem chega tarde não tem como comprar ficando com sede até amanhecer .
