Large room, firm and comfortable bed, air conditioning control, excellent shower, friendly staff. No kettle or cups in the room, fridge full so no room for our own stuff. No cereal for breakfast, and the same options every day. No liquid soap in the bathroom, just little shampoo and conditioner.

I notified the front desk that it was a bad idea to use a fragile plate to hold soap in the bathroom close to the sink edge where it could get wet slip off, fall to the floor and break into sharp pieces that almost cut my foot. I took a picture to show the front desk during check-out. After spending four days and having accident that could have been avoided their response was to charge me a100 multa for a 10 plate that should never have been in the bathroom. I will be sure not to stay there when I return in March. Notifiquei a recepção que era uma má ideia usar um prato frágil para segurar o sabonete no banheiro perto da borda da pia, onde ele poderia molhar, escorregar, cair no chão e quebrar em pedaços afiados que quase cortaram meu pé. Tirei uma foto para mostrar à recepção durante o check-out. Depois de passar quatro dias e ter um acidente que poderia ter sido evitado, a resposta deles foi me cobrar uma multa de 100 por um prato de 10 que nunca deveria estar no banheiro. Vou me certificar de não ficar lá quando voltar em março.
