We will definitely choose this hotel again. The hotel is clean and our room was well designed with plenty of storage and lots of windows. The small gym seems to be nicely equipped compared to other hotels I have been to. The location of this hotel is excellent, with many restaurants and shops nearby. I felt completely safe wandering the neighborhood and walking to the Mercado Central, Parque Municipal and the Praça da Liberdade - all 30 minutes or less. The omelettes at the pleasant breakfast room were great, but otherwise breakfast was mediocre. We also found that the motion activated lights in the hallway do not turn on quickly and the hall was still dark as we walked to the elevator - this is dangerous but we could’ve used our phone light 😏.

Good serrvice. But, serious noise problem in upper floor apartments, engine noise throughout the night. Another problem is extremely soft mattresses, not ideal for body health.

Large room, firm and comfortable bed, air conditioning control, excellent shower, friendly staff. No kettle or cups in the room, fridge full so no room for our own stuff. No cereal for breakfast, and the same options every day. No liquid soap in the bathroom, just little shampoo and conditioner.

Muito acima do preço pela qualidade geral do serviço prestado. Serviço bem na média pra baixo. Não vale a pena. Não volto a me hospedar nesse hotel.

Tudo ótimo, faltou apenas a chaleira que tinha pedido na reserva, se eu soubesse que o hotel não tinha eu levaria a minha, uma pena. No mais atendeu as nossas expectativas, os funcionários foram bem atenciosos.

Os azulejos do box do banheiro estão soltando da parede.
