O quarto estava excelente, muito limpo, os funcionários educados.

DO NOT GET THE LAUNDRY SERVICE DONE HERE !! Furious to find the laundry we got done here with the service which was a half a sack as we are on the road for a few weeks was not even dry let alone folded, half wet and half dry just thrown into the bag. When trying to tell reception they just shrugged their shoulders at me. Overall the hotel ok I expected better, the pool is ok but on the highway and facing the service station. Guy working in the bar area in the day super rude and seems he doesn’t even want to work … reception staff ok, one spoke English so that was good and he was friendly and very helpful as I had a problem in my room he helped the best he could. Breakfast is alright, best thing is being able to make a grilled cheese

Do yourself a favor and stay in another hotel. There are plenty of options at the same price range in the same street. My room at the Marano Hotel was in poor conditions with a broken shower, rusted mini-fridge, window that didn't close, towels that looked like a dirty floor cloth, very noisy AC, and uncomfortable bed. And to top it all off, the front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful!

This place is a big no! First, when we arrived it seemed nice but then we arrived to the room. Such a beautiful view of trash on the road and a pharmacy that is open 24 hours a day. There is nothing desirable. Trash was left in the bathroom along with an open package of used shampoo and conditioner. The king size bed was actually two twin beds pushed together with one lower than the other, needless to say, sexy time was a little awkward with the husband, so we couldn’t even do that. The breakfast is horrible and very unorganized. At night if you want some room service, no one answers the phone. Just do not waste your time on this place. Not worth a single centavo.

OLA TUDO BOM EXCETO DUAS COISAS AO CHEGAR NÃO TINHA TOALHAS NEM NO NOSSO QUARTO NEM NO DO CASAL QUE NOS ACOMPANHAVA E O AR DO NOSSO QUARTO NÃO GELAVA RECLAMEI NA RECEPÇÃO MAIS FICOU POR ISSO MESMO AINDA BEM QUE FOI SOMENTE 1 DIA

Infelizmente, o hotel encontrava-se em manutenção durante o período da hospedagem. Na manhã do dia 31/12/2025, enquanto eu ainda descansava no quarto, foram iniciados serviços de desmonte de andaimes exatamente na área próxima à janela do apartamento ocupado. A atividade gerou ruídos excessivos, tanto pelo barulho intenso de estruturas metálicas sendo desmontadas quanto pelos gritos dos prestadores de serviço, impossibilitando o descanso e causando grande incômodo. Tal conduta demonstra falta de bom senso e de respeito com os hóspedes, especialmente por se tratar de horário matutino e de um serviço que poderia ter sido previamente comunicado ou realizado em momento mais adequado.

Hotel muito bom, os colaboradores do hotel atendem super bem… recomendo a todos. Muito bom!!!

O hotel é muito bom, quarto grande, localização de fácil acesso. Limpeza muito Boa. O café da manhã têm bastante variedade.., o único problema é que eles estão abrindo o restaurante para não hóspedes e turistas que vem de excursões… isso cria uma fila enorme, e a reposição dos alimentos demora muito mais …. várias pessoas são sem educação.ontem um visitante que estava tomando café simplesmente pegou a cadeira da mesa que estava sentado para poder se juntar as outras 8 pessoas que estavam em sua mesa. Lamentável

O hotel nunca deixa a desejar. Café da manhã maravilhoso e quartos bem iluminados.
