The lovely staff are the only saving grace to this hotel. The location is awful- not as close to the airport as advertised, the bathroom wasn't very clean & flooded from a short shower. On top of that, the bed was honestly no comfier than São Paulo airport floor & it had the worst wifi that I have ever experienced in any hotel or hostel. I would most definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Reservei pensando que era um Hotel, e se trata de um motel, incluindo uma placa com os preços dos períodos. Limpeza precária, lençol furado e sujo, gotas pegajosas no chão (espero que não seja o que parecia), azulejos do banheiro com sujeiras aparentemente fáceis de limpar, vaso sanitário encardido e cheiro ruim, paredes do quarto sujas. Toalhas sem estarem em um plástico, ficando a dúvida se estavam limpas. O estacionamento e localização são boas para quem tem compromissos na zona norte. Café razoável pelo preço da diária Check in e check out rápidos. O custo foi bom, mas infelizmente estava incluso as questões negativas citadas acima.

Nao tinha um som, tive que mudar de quarto porque o ar nao funcionava,alias nem a humilde tv funcionava. Cafe da manha muito simples, mas o pao estava fresquinho. Nao tinha um copo ou taça disponivel. Nao tinha um cafezinho ou lanche para oferecer a tarde.So a partir das 18 horas.Nao sei se volto.
