Amazing breakfast and Very helpful staff! The hotel is clean as well, the sheets smell so good! I loved the smell so much, very cozy place. The location is easy too close to downtown paraty and the bus terminal I recommend it

Great location

The towels and bedsheets had stains on them. The pillows were old and the inside material was shredded and barely formed a pillow. There were ants in the bathroom and dirt throughout the room. There was also dirt and grime on the walls. There’s a good chance I got food poisoning from the breakfast, and was sick for the duration of my trip. The only upside was that the staff were friendly. We stayed during Carnival, so the rate was marked up high around $180 USD, so I’m confused how at this price they aren’t able to provide clean sheets and new pillows.

Our stay was excellent we only planned to stay for a few days but we have been staying here for a month. The room we had was great a sitting room and seperate bedroom and bathroom. The atmosphere in the hotel is great everybody is friendly and helpful. We have been sitting in the lounge in and outside todo some work. The whole complex looks great swimming pool surrounded with palm trees and plants. The games room is nice . The breakfast are fantastic every day. Great parking place. Walking distance to restaurants and the historic city.

Nice hotel, close to the historic downtown, and the city boundaries. We've enjoyed a lot the swimming pool, and had made many friends during the stay.

The staff was great both at the front desk and the bar. Had a nice pool and excellent bar, really cheap and excellent food and drinks. The rooms however (we tried 2 different rooms) were terrible, they reeked of mold, the shower was either way too hot or way too cold. The rooms were also incredibly small.

Great little place 5 minute walk to (main centre for restaurants/bars/boat taxi/dock). Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Quarto com baratas, muitos pernilongos. Equipe da manha recepção ok Cafe bastante diversidade Bar para bebidas bom, mas um absurdo não ter uma cozinheira para porções. Alegação que a funcionária estava doente mas não contrataram outra ja que havia mais de 15 dias de afastamento

Não é ruim, no máximo razoável… fui com a família e ficamos um pouco constrangidos com o comportamento de alguns outros hóspedes, não recomendo levar crianças … a impressão q tivemos é q ali é um lugar para pessoas solteiras, tinha uma galera curtindo sem pudor nenhum (acho q dá pra entender o que tô falando né rsrsrsrsrsrs).

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel en prenant l’option la moins cher. Notre chambre était proche de la route, très humide et défraîchie. Elle méritait une grosse rénovation. Coupure de courant, moisissures, …

O café da manhã era ótimo …mas o tempo de espera da tapioca ou omelete era de mais de 40 minutos O bar nunca tinha ninguém para atender o que não foi legal por estarmos em uma viagem de amigos em casal … Mas no demais foi ótimo!

Infelizmente o lixo da pia não foi retirado ficou lá desde a primeira noite o lençol da cama não foi trocado, pois sujou o banheiro estava fedido a televisão não funcionava

Hotel com boa estrutura, mas um pouco longe do centro histórico, cerca de 1km (10 minutos caminhando).

Hotel perto da rodoviária, equipe atenciosa. O quarto em que ficamos não tinha tomadas e tivemos problemas frequentes com a arrumação (esqueciam de repor toalhas). Internet inconstante. Pouca variação no café da manhã.

chambre réservée : suite exclusive : chambre vieillotte, pas de chaise, aucune décoration, pas cintre dans la penderie (photo), humidité et buée sur les vitres au réveil (photo), fenêtre ferme mal, pas de voilage, seulement un rideau opaque ; aucun rangement dans la salle de bain, pas de patère, lunette de WC ne tient pas. Et la douche a débordé et inondé la salle de bain (la pente pour évacuation de l'eau est dans le mauvais sens...) ménage à la demande uniquement le bain à remous privatif n'est pas chauffé, le commun non plus Les chambres ne sont pas dignes d'un 3* Félicitations au photographe qui a fait des photos très vendeuses de l'hôtel
