The front desk stuff was nice, but I was there with a group of people from a TV reality show that took my privacy. They were rude and noisy plus one day, they didn't allowed my room service to be done, all hallway was dark including safety lights was turned off, If you need I have a video to prove the situation.

The hotel itself was very good with clean rooms.
We did have one issue during checkout. The elevators that give access to the lobby were not working so it was a bit cumbersome to get with the bags from the 18th floor to the car.
Apart from that, the facilities are new and the location is very good, close to a major highway.

A very clean hotel all around, yet with very little in the way of amenities. The front desk staff was very accommodating. In a fairly remote location with not much to do outside the hotel locally. Connected to a small mall with a nice sports bar, The Burgers. Good food & drink, really nice staff.

O hotel é excelente entretanto, ao adquirir o hotel aparece a opção de estacionamento como "disponível" o que facilmente leva o cliente a entender como "incluso" o que não é o caso visto que precisamos pagar R$ 25,00 para estacionar o que descobrimos apenas na hora do check in. Transparência é muito importante. Sugiro que fique claro que existe possibilidade de estacionamento mas que o mesmo é cobrado.
