Good hotel. False information on distance between transamerica expo centre to hotel.actually it is 10 kms, but Hotel misguided by stating 6 kms.

Average. Given 16th floor, very hig. Checked out earlier due to change of plans but no refund has been given!?! Breakfast poor.

I like the area around the hotel

The front desk stuff was nice, but I was there with a group of people from a TV reality show that took my privacy. They were rude and noisy plus one day, they didn't allowed my room service to be done, all hallway was dark including safety lights was turned off, If you need I have a video to prove the situation.

The hotel itself was very good with clean rooms. We did have one issue during checkout. The elevators that give access to the lobby were not working so it was a bit cumbersome to get with the bags from the 18th floor to the car. Apart from that, the facilities are new and the location is very good, close to a major highway.

O café da manhã é muito fraco.

A very clean hotel all around, yet with very little in the way of amenities. The front desk staff was very accommodating. In a fairly remote location with not much to do outside the hotel locally. Connected to a small mall with a nice sports bar, The Burgers. Good food & drink, really nice staff.

Para quem vai ter que ir na Prodesp, é uma ótima localização. Café poderia ser um pouco melhor, principalmente pão de queijo.

Minha estadia no Transamerica foi muito positiva. O hotel é bonito, bem cuidado e transmite uma ótima sensação de conforto desde a chegada. O quarto era amplo, limpo e muito confortável, atendendo perfeitamente às minhas expectativas. Outro destaque foi o atendimento da equipe, sempre cordial, prestativa e atenciosa durante toda a hospedagem.

Café da manhã com poucas opções. Andar que fiquei, 18 com muitas manchas no chão, dando impressão de sujeira. Academia no 17 andar muito fraca. Hotel razoável. O que salvou foi a cama King, janelas anti ruido e atendimento dos funcionários em geral muito prestativo. Pensarei da próxima vez se me hospedarei lá. Devia ser mais barato.
